Fabio was very responsive. The place is located right at the exit of Ottavino metro, but during our stay this station is closed for restoration. The lady who took care of us from check-in to check-out was kind, lovely, and helpful. I will definitely stay here again if I have a chance to visit Rome.

It was an enjoyable stay here at Federici Guest House. The location is accessible to the Metro, shops, restaurants, and especially within walking distance of the Vatican. Thank you, Fabio and Amy, for the warm accommodation. Hopefully, someday, the internet connection in the last room will be improved. Otherwise, it has been a marvelous stay. We also enjoy the water refill station, which is just in front of the building. It is a safe place, and it's very clean. We will stay here again for our next trip to Rome.

It was really nice overall. The host Federico - really on time and in general a really nice man to talk to. The location of the bed and breakfast is so easy to reach almost everywhere, so that's a big plus.

Very good communication and obliging hosts - special mention to Emi! A surprise for an excellent stay in Rome amid holidays and very busy accommodations. We were lucky to book the only available slot that fitted our stay in town. Communication with Fabio was excellent even before booking, and all the way until after check-out. Sadly, the guest house is already fully booked for our next stay - but we intend to come back again. Thank you! Manuela and Herivola.

The location of this guest house is excellent and Fabio, the owner, was very helpful and welcoming, giving us all the information and assistance we needed. I had stayed there 7 years ago and was so glad to be able to rebook, if only for 2 nights this time. I would recommend this for the location and for those who are looking for a comfortable guest house.

Everything was perfect. However, in the morning we could hear the noise from the reception/breakfast area, as we had the first room and the walls were thin. Thank you Fabio.

I thank the managers of the establishment. They allowed us to spend a serene stay, kindly welcoming us, helping us with every problem and fulfilling every request. The room provided to us was spacious, comfortable and very clean. We appreciated the functionality of the air conditioning given the high temperatures of the period.

Great location, overlooking via Ottaviano which is now even pedestrianized, with the metro just outside the door. Vatican and Cassation 1 km away. Negative point is the connection, Wi-Fi does not reach the room and the connection inside is poor.

We stayed for the International Tennis event. Everything was perfect. Just steps from St. Peter's Square, less than 10 minutes from the Foro Italico, a convenient and quiet area. We will definitely return here when we come back to Rome. Mr. Fabio was very helpful and the lady in charge of the rooms was wonderfully kind.

I would like to find the right words to briefly but intensely express the value of these two days spent in Rome and write so much more to express how we felt not just good, nor great, but amazing. This is not only because of the beauty of Rome but also because of the Federici Bed which felt like home to us! I knew this Bed because in 2011, when I worked at the Prati Theater, my family stayed there and the memory was positive. Years have passed and you are more than ever the excellence! Emy, the housekeeper of the Bed, is wonderful, a special woman! Everything is in order, the scent of “clean” invades the soul! Perfect sheets, super clean bathrooms, the relaxing lounge environment is lovely, and the soundproofing is marvelous! Fabio, the owner, deserves ten and praise because Emy, who has worked for him for many years, feels loved and well-treated, and this makes a difference! He has managed to enrich his treasure, making the Federici home a place where one can feel good even just for a night! We will definitely return for the Jubilee and will be back at the Federici! My daughter, who is 9 years old, enjoys pretending to be Bruno Barbieri, commenting and giving scores, and she also says 10 forever! Thank you.

I rated it 10 because everything is excellent: location (it's located in front of Ottaviano metro station), hospitality, cleanliness, modern structure. The lady who takes care of the rooms and breakfast is very kind. I practically felt at home. I highly recommend it.

I stayed one night with my girlfriend, the owner was very helpful even though we didn't meet, the cleaning lady was very kind. The room was clean and tidy. The price is slightly high compared to the average.

Place a stone's throw from the Vatican and above Ottaviano metro. Essential room and without too many pretensions, kind and friendly manager and cleaning lady, nice and attentive to every need. Recommended for those who are often out and use the hotel just to sleep.

Business trip. Fabio is a welcoming and kind person. Below the Federici Guest House, there is the subway station. Very quiet room. Only downside, the small bathroom. However, I will return. Besides, Rome is always wonderful!

The price I paid for one night is not high compared to the average in Rome at this time (54 euros at the end of June). The room was of normal size, furnished correctly, moderately quiet, so if I had to return, I would. The only flaw is the bathroom: unfortunately it is small, not very functional and not perfectly clean.

Excellent structure for location and value for money. Breakfast at the bar just sufficient, little choice of pastries and overall of lower quality than the B&B. Manager excellent in advice and super available to handle our needs.

The structure is cozy and clean, the rooms are cleaned every day. The location is really strategic, 7 minutes from the metro stop and exactly halfway between the Vatican and Piazza del Popolo; in 25 minutes, you can reach one of the two destinations on foot. Breakfast is served in a bar just below the house and is of quality, you can choose a hot drink and one of the countless croissants available, the fruit one is fantastic. The bar is also great for a quick lunch or an excellent cup of ice cream. In the area, shops and restaurants are countless. For dinner, it is worth mentioning PaoloEmilio, 2 minutes from home, which offers really good and also special dishes. Top location.

I booked for my elderly parents looking for a facility that was convenient to the center and nice. I hit the mark. The property is 1 meter from the subway, the owners were courteous and the property is clean and comfortable. What can I say? I recommend it.
