I felt very comfortable. The room and the bathroom are both very spacious, clean, furnished in a simple way but with all the essentials. The parking space is very convenient and free, just a few meters away, both things that are hard to find near other accommodations, especially in the center. The manager is very versatile in culture and skills, so it is very enjoyable to listen and chat with him, he is also very friendly, cheerful, and willing to give you advice on the best in Termoli like the excellent restaurant only 100 meters away where I ate excellently at reasonable prices. Finally, I found the right place for my next trips, I always recommend listening to the manager.

When he introduced himself, he used these words "Donato guaranteed bed place", and it's absolutely true, in fact I would add SUPER DONATO, a superhero for our adventure. We had a problem with the car in Termoli that forced us to stop for 2 nights. Browsing on Google, the first destination was the B&B Le Acacie by Donato. In the area, everyone knows him, everyone loves him for the wonderful person he is. He immediately made himself available to us, extremely helpful for anything, he even accompanied us to the ATM late at night. The rooms are super clean, quiet and very comfortable... Donato is the cornerstone of this B&B, always gives a smile to face the day, I recommend it to all those passing through here even for one night.

We stayed at B&B Le Acacie for one night because the next day we had a wedding nearby. The strength of this B&B is undoubtedly Donato, who can be described as a unique character in himself. Very caring and at times he seems to have magical powers, as soon as we exit the highway, he calls us and starts guiding us step by step to the B&B, and once we arrive he will impress you by guessing the day of the week you were born. The B&B has ample parking space and is located in a very quiet area of the city, in a strategic position from which it is easy to reach the center of Termoli or any other nearby city. We got room A, a double room, quite spacious, very tidy, and had everything we needed, and more: air conditioning, TV, multiple sockets on the sides of the bed. In the bathroom, there was also liquid soap, shower gel, and shampoo in packaging, but only one surprise that I wouldn't have expected: the absence of a bidet. It was dinner time and Donato, after entertaining us with some funny jokes and anecdotes, recommends a restaurant called "La Vida" which I will review shortly and gives us advice on what to see in Termoli and where to park. Other services I would like to mention: free WiFi Fastweb, good connection speed, the possibility of using half-liter water bottles, a basic breakfast but with everything necessary to start the day: coffee, cappuccino, some fruit juice, packaged snacks, and yogurt. A good solution to visit Termoli and the surroundings.

We were in Termoli to attend the TREND OSS courses, at the B&B Le Acacie we found clean and warm rooms, very quiet (great advantage since we were there to study), a brilliant and very helpful manager who helped us a lot (for laundry, with clothesline, etc.), but above all it is convenient logistically because it is very close to the venue, in fact we went there on foot, self-service, shopping center, eurospin and various shops which allowed us to save a lot on food expenses, since we stayed there for 22 days. Finally, with the N° 4 circular that passes just 50 meters away, it was very easy to reach the center (really beautiful, too bad that due to the course we went there only a few times) even without a car.

From 23 July to 30 July 2014. We had some concerns about staying in the semi-center but then the choice turned out to be winning because the sea and the center can be reached in a few minutes, the parking is convenient as it is a few meters away, and assigned to us so no 'crazy' moments every time we returned, we slept in complete silence and tranquility; in the B&B there is a fenced outdoor space where my two children could play in complete serenity. The room is simple but essential and spotlessly clean. The manager, Donato, was kind, caring, and helpful, but above all amazing with his physical and mental dynamism, leaving us speechless, just think that our children, whom we always had to 'force' to leave the beach, were already asking at 5 pm: can we go back to Mr. Donato. The quality/price ratio is more than excellent. We will definitely return.
