The property is strategically located between the vibrant center of Pescara and those of Montesilvano, making it perfect for exploring the natural and artistic beauties of the region.

The flat location, just 100 meters from the golden beaches, allows you to fully experience the charm of the Abruzzo coast. Guests can easily take advantage of the numerous local attractions, such as the Montesilvano Congress Center and the PalaRoma Sports Hall. The renowned Le Naiadi swimming pools are also just a few steps away, while the lively streets of nightlife in Pescara can be reached in just a few minutes. Lorenzo was very kind and helpful. He even allowed us to leave the car in the parking lot despite having checked out. The room is very spacious divided into 2 areas, a sleeping area and a living area with an equipped kitchen. Large bathroom with shower.

We had a great time. Cute, comfortable, and welcoming place. Close to the sea and services. If I come back to the area, I would definitely choose it again! Recommended.

Very close to the pine forest and consequently to the beach (3 minutes on foot). Very close free beach. No problems spent the 2nd June weekend peacefully. Private indoor car parking is a much appreciated privilege for the area. Stayed in another apartment (huge) always owned but still renovated (air conditioning will be installed shortly), clean and comfortable. Kind and helpful manager. Bring bikes or electric scooters to reach the center of Pescara in 15/20 minutes with beautiful cycle paths (one along the seafront and a brand new one on the former railway). Minimarket not far away (closed on Sundays), and trattorias/restaurants/pizzerias all along the seafront (everywhere you eat). Recommended.

Good location, the indoor parking is a plus, very spacious and clean room, superb bathroom with king-size shower. Abundant breakfast even if with packaged products. The owners Lorenzo and Laura are caring and kind. Independent entrance. Very close to the sea.

Family of 4 people. We stayed for 4 nights in an independent apartment with a small terrace and we were able to bring our little dog as well.\n\nThe welcome from the owners was excellent, as well as their great availability!\nAbsolutely positive experience: cleanliness, space, services, location (very close to the beaches, restaurants and shops).\n\nWe will definitely come back!

We stayed in Montesilvano for the Italian Youth Chess Championship. We decided to opt for a B&B rather than a hotel to stay in a more informal environment and have more freedom. From this point of view, the quadruple room that was made available to us fully met our expectations, basically an apartment with two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and a large terrace. Mrs. Anna immediately proved to be very kind and helpful, no complaints about cleanliness, the location is practically five minutes walk from the beach. Excellent value for money and also our children were thrilled with the stay. Recommended.

Excellent solution for a family with small children: Mrs. Anna, very kind, understood our needs and provided us with a spacious environment equipped with kitchen use, necessary to manage breakfast independently (however provided by the structure) and the meal for the little girl. Very convenient location to walk to the beach and to take walks along the park road or the promenade, without having to take the car. In the area, there is a wide choice of pizzerias and restaurants. We stayed only for a weekend, but the structure is an excellent solution even for long periods.
