Very poor: difficult to reach, very noisy, unpleasant neighborhood, smell of smoke and poor kitchen. We had booked an apartment in the center, but we were placed in the suburbs without any compensation.

Terrible experience. The double room and the kitchenette were impregnated with the smell of cigarette smoke, after just one night we left even though we had already paid for two nights. I invited the owner to contact me by sending him two emails and through his employee, but I received no response. This I consider the worst thing, an owner should always be attentive to the requests of customers and instead in this case Alessandro ran away in front of a problem showing himself to be a small man. The location is good, the apartment furnished with little taste, I would not recommend it.

Great location, but superficial cleaning. Considering the stay in early November, the house was lacking blankets, the air conditioner remote was missing (so it couldn't be turned on), and the boiler was not programmed to start. I solved it by buying a blanket. For those intending to stay, pay attention to these things.

Breakfast was missing, towels were only those for the shower, shower soap was missing, there was no minimum support in the bathroom not even for the toiletry bag; there was not a single hook for clothes that I had to place on a chair.\n\nFor the next stay in Bozz I will turn to another facility.

The flat is located in the heart of the historical center of Bologna, in the very noiseless via Palestro, close to the famous "College of Spain", a short way on foot to Piazza Maggiore (the main square) and to the two towers. At 20 m from the flat there is a guarded garage. The area is well served by public transport (the bus stop is just 100 m away in the adjacent via Saragozza and in Via d'Azeglio).
Nearby there are: several typical restaurants where you can taste local food and nouvelle cousine, supermarkets, post office, several banks, schools (the property is located near two nurseries run by nuns), the Palace of Justice and in 5 minutes you can reach the green lung of the town - the Margherita gardens (where you can practice every kind of sport or only walks in complete relaxation). Via Palestro is inserted in the area of historical center at restricted traffic (so-called ZTL).
