The BeB is located very close to the new church of San Francesco, within walking distance. Only 11 km from the center of Assisi. The structure has a pizzeria, a bar, and behind it, a Conad supermarket. Silence and comfort are perfect.

We are three motorcyclists and we stayed two nights in this structure. It is spacious and nothing is missing, located in a quiet area with fenced parking. The value for money is excellent. Roberta is very kind. I recommend it.

Beautiful apartment, very spacious and complete with everything. The location is excellent as a starting point to visit all the best locations in Umbria. Both managers were very kind from the first contact and very helpful. We definitely recommend it and if possible we will return.

The house of Mrs. Roberta is simple but perfect for a weekend, very convenient location and top kindness of Mrs. Roberta. We only recommend putting a small saucepan to heat the milk. I would gladly return.

Very spacious and very clean apartment, great for families with children like us: in the spacious garden, plenty of games and just in front there is a large playground overlooking the hill of Assisi. A stone's throw away is the Sanctuary of the Sacred Shelter. Too bad breakfast was not included, it was the only downside.

Clean apartment and fully equipped. Close to Assisi and Santa Maria degli Angeli. Recommended for a stay in Assisi especially if with a family with children.

I stayed with my family in this beautiful apartment for three nights between the 25th and 28th of August. Conveniently located in the center of Assisi, it is also close to main services such as bakery, supermarket, and bank. The owner was very kind and polite, we found the apartment clean and I could honestly recommend it to everyone because we had a great time. We will definitely come back. The apartment has everything that may be necessary for a family with children.

What can I say about my stay. Well, the owners were very kind and extremely helpful, giving us great advice on what to see in the magnificent Umbria. Besides being 5 minutes from Assisi, we were in a strategic location to visit the most beautiful villages in the region: Spello, Bevagna, Montefalco, Norcia, Perugia, Deruta, Gubbio, as well as the Marmore Waterfall. Moreover, in the evening upon return, we were also able to enjoy the festival of ancient flavors that took place in Rivotorto, just a stone's throw from the doorstep. Overall, an unforgettable vacation and I will not fail to return.

Very cozy, clean, and quiet apartment 5 minutes from the center of Assisi. The manager is very friendly, provides various indications on what to see and where to eat well at moderate prices. A nice logistical place to see Assisi and the surroundings without the problem of traffic or parking on return.

Attic apartment, spacious and cozy, the location of Casa Vacanze Roberta is truly optimal and the owner is really friendly and helpful. Nearby, very convenient, there is a small supermarket, a bar, and a hardware store.

Excellent location, practically at the foot of Assisi. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Great for visiting Assisi and the surroundings and, considering the spaciousness of the apartment, the garden, the proximity to pizzerias and supermarkets, I would recommend it to families with children.

The structure is recently built, spacious and welcoming. It has a large private parking behind the house. We stayed there for a short vacation of a few days. Very easy to reach (through the E45) and very convenient for visiting Assisi and Umbria. We also went to the Marmore waterfalls which are really worth it! The house was in order and fairly clean. (The windows and above the kitchen hood are dirty from old dirt). A small suggestion to Francesco and Roberta; non-stick pans, when damaged, cannot be used. Better to replace them.

We have just returned from our holiday in Umbria, where we stayed at Casa Vacanze Roberta in Rivotorto. The managers were very quick to respond to our information request and extremely kind throughout our stay. The property is strategically located to visit many places of historical, artistic, and scenic interest. Rivotorto is a very nice village equipped with the necessary services for a stay in the apartment (a stone's throw from the property there are two small supermarkets, a bank, a pharmacy, ice cream parlors, bars, and various shops). A short walk will take you to the Sanctuary of Rivotorto where you will find the "Sacred Hovel." Splendid view of Assisi. The apartment is spotless, equipped with every comfort, including very comfortable beds essential after long walks up and down Assisi or Perugia! Excellent value for money. The courtesy, friendliness, and availability of the managers (also for information on places to visit) are truly remarkable. Thank you Roberta!
