Ho prenotato per mio padre che ha 73 anni, e doveva assistere mia madre ricoverata a Villa regina. La posizione del Residence è ottima, in centro e allo stesso tempo vicina all'Ospedale, servita da mezzi pubblici ed in zona tranquilla. Nel monolocale c'è tutto: dalla lavatrice al ferro da stiro e le pulizie sono fatte accuratamente. Anche la biancheria fornita è di buona qualità. Ma il punto di forza di questo residence è rappresentato dal gestore, Ilaria, una persona davvero disponibile e gentile che cerca di accontentare i suoi clienti in ogni modo. Se cercate professionalità, serietà, ma anche un approccio.

Ottima struttura, molto grande, con anche una cantina/hobby (molto fresca e pulita). Il gestore è stato gentilissimo nel portarci le chiavi e nel venirle a riprendere, mettendoci tutto a disposizione. Ottima posizione. Davvero consigliato.
