Recently renewed, this apartament for holidays (equivalent to the bed and breakfast solution) is located in the north area of Rome from which it is possible to reach the center of Rome in 15 to 30 minutes. Roma Valle Aurelia station, intersection with the subway Line A, is located as far as 8 minutes with line FR3 (just 4 stops). From Valle Aurelia, with the same tickect, you can reach the very centre of Rome in few minutes (10 minutes to Piazza di Spagna, Repubblica, etc.).

S. Peter Cathedral is as far as only 12 minutes (5 stops with line FR3) and Trastevere station at just 21 minutes (7 stops).

Compared with the B&B solution, you can have the use of kitchen to prepare your own meals, saving money.

Every room of the apartament has private bathrooms with shower, LCD TV set and safe. The use of Internet WIFI is included in the price and with no limit.

You may cancel your booking up to 3 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Very clean and comfortable apartment, the owner is very helpful and kind. Ideal especially for those who need to go to the Policlinico Gemelli but being very close to the eastern ring road, you can easily reach the city center as well. Excellent value for money.
