I will start with the strengths of this structure without which the judgment would be catastrophic: impeccable cleanliness of the rooms and a very rich and varied breakfast both sweet and savory. For the rest, a total disappointment, starting from the rooms: an old TV barely larger than a tablet and tuned only to a few channels, a fridge that does not cool, an old and noisy air conditioner that ruins your sleep. But the real flaw of this structure, in my opinion, is the total absence of the managers. One almost has the feeling of being a nuisance and so after a short time, I even avoid asking for simple information about the place. Speaking of the place... Avola offers a beautiful sea but in a context of dilapidated houses, neglect (but what is the tourist tax for?) and unfortunately very high prices (beach umbrellas, restaurants, aperitifs). The indifference towards the customer from this point of view represents an aggravating factor. To complete the work at checkout, non-functioning POS that forces me to make a bank transfer. See you never again.

Buon giorno Sign. D’Angelo, Intanto la ringrazio per quei 2 complimenti che ci ha fatto. Primo punto la TV, chi viene in vacanza da noi non sta tutto il giorno a guardare la TV e in ogni caso non è colpa nostra se in questo periodo stanno cambiando tutto e stanno togliendo sempre più canali e quindi piano piano ci dobbiamo adattare anche noi. Secondo punto il frigo non è un frigorifero da cucina è un mini frigo da camera che rinfresca le bevande. Terzo punto il condizionatore forse li ha ragione un po’ rumoroso ma funziona certo non abbiamo quello di ultima generazione. Per quanto riguarda i gestori noi tutte le mattine e durante la colazione siamo lì per qualsiasi informazione e chiarimento poi durante il pomeriggio facciamo sempre avanti e indietro dal BeB certo non è un hotel dove ci dev’essere qualcuno presente h24 il BeB è un’altra cosa se voleva qualcuno al suo servizio tutto il giorno e tutta la notte doveva scegliere un hotel e di conseguenza pagare di più per i maggiori servizi offerti. Per quanto riguarda il paese mi dispiace che dica questo abbiamo una delle piazze più grandi e un mare che non ha nulla da invidiare a quello dei Caraibi ( e lo dico perché ci sono stata) in ogni caso riferirò al prossimo sindaco di occuparsi meglio del paese. Per quanto riguarda il pos può capitare l’assenza di linea o batteria scarica. La prossima volta per fare una critica non si nasconda dietro un tel lo dica in faccia soprattutto quando le si chiede se la vacanza è andata bene e se vi siete trovati bene sul posto. Delicious! Everything new, clean, welcoming, excellent value for money. We were greeted with kindness and great availability, everything impeccable and an excellent starting point for visiting the beautiful area of Ragusa. We will do our best to come back.
