The house is old and tired. Angela is a nice lady but the room was hot and we did not sleep well. The breakfast was as bad as I have had at a B&B. I would not recommend staying there when hotels in the area are cheaper and the breakfasts better.

En négatif: Il manque la climatisation. Il est difficile d'accéder à l'adresse, il faut préciser le départ sur la rue, car il faut monter tout en haut et au 244 sonner chez la propriétaire (pas d'indication B&B) Par contre la terrasse est très belle, l'accueil très aimable, le petit déjeuner très bon.

The B&B is located in a hilly area, far from the center, quiet, it is advisable to arrive by car. It is an attic with a large terrace and a charming view of Sanremo and the sea, however, our room was furnished incompletely and inadequately with two camp beds, uncomfortable mattresses, and disorder. Poor cleanliness. The owner was kind and friendly. It's a pity that the care and comfort standards that are usually found in B&Bs are missing.

The structure offers few comforts, such as the absence of air conditioners. The cleanliness is practically non-existent. I gave a rating of 1 because it was not possible to give less. The location of the structure is problematic if you don't have a car, making it difficult to reach desired destinations. Furthermore, the parking, which is said to be private, is actually a public parking lot.\n\nI gave the manager a rating of 3, not for the kindness shown, but for the intrusiveness. You never really feel in privacy, both because the manager passes in front of the room to water the plants on the terrace, and because while we were away from the room, someone entered and raised the shutters. Everyone can keep personal effects of any kind in the room and honestly, no matter what price you pay, privacy should be included.\n\nI paid 80€, a fair price considering we are in Sanremo and breakfast is included. However, considering what I described above, 40€ would have been more than enough. As for breakfast, I expected something more.\n\nI hope my feedback is taken as something constructive to improve in these aspects.

We stayed at this bed and breakfast for one night, two adults, a child, and a small dog. The room was very clean, the owner welcoming and kind. She even personally showed us, late in the evening on the street, the parking spot where we could leave the car for the night (and it was good because parking space in the area is really limited). The room is spacious and clean, and it remains comfortable even with the addition of a cot for the child. The separate bathroom is also spacious, well-furnished, and clean. The owner's courtesy and kindness were truly remarkable. We also had the chance to have a chat with her. The real strength of this bed and breakfast is the terrace accessible from the room, shared with the other rooms, offering a truly remarkable view of all of Sanremo and the coast, with the sea in the foreground. The place is quiet, outside the city center but easily reachable. The price, in our opinion, is appropriate. We marked as "not applicable" the breakfast evaluation only because we only needed to stay overnight, planning to have breakfast with the rest of the group staying in other accommodations. Breakfast is included in the price anyway. Recommended.

Decrepit structure, stench and animal feces residue, without air conditioning in August it became impossible to sleep, bathroom with very uncomfortable tub and no shower, unreserved parking and to get there a narrow two-way road impassable if another vehicle was coming, the only positive point, the panoramic view of the sea, we literally had to run away. Disappointment.

Mrs. Angela was very kind, attic with a spectacular view over the entire Gulf of Sanremo. The only flaw was the lack of cleanliness in the room, on the terrace, and in general in the common areas and in the dishes used for breakfast. We found hairs in the milk cup and some crumbs that were not clearly identified, which the lady promptly replaced, but there remains a feeling of unpleasant disgust. The apartment is very nice but would need a renovation to welcome guests with the necessary comfort.

In the room description, it states that the rooms have a private bathroom. It would have been better to say they have a shared bathroom. The cleaning is not up to standard. The lady is very kind, but she does not accept payments with debit cards or credit cards. The view of the sea is very beautiful.

Mi sono trovata benissimo. Il posto è tranquillo, pulito e la proprietaria è gentilissima e disponibile. Sono stata al concorso ippico di San Remo, comodissimo da raggiungere (meno di 5 minuti). Tornerò di sicuro.

Il soggiorno è andato benissimo, la proprietaria di casa è stata molto cortese e disponibile. Bella camera con accesso su terrazzo con vista spettacolare, si raccomanda con serenità.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo! La casa stupenda con camere e bagni molto ampi e puliti compresi di tv e ventilatori. Noi abbiamo occupato tutte e tre le stanze disponibili, e la nostra stanza dava direttamente al terrazzo con la vista da urlo sulla collina e sul mare. La signora Angioletta é stata gentilissima! Ci ha fatto sentire a nostro agio come se fossimo realmente a casa nostra! Consigliatissimo per chi si vuole godere le piccole gioie della vita come vedere l'alba dalla collina sul mare e sentire l'aria fresca che per noi che abitiamo in città è quasi impossibile. La colazione ottima (brioches, biscotti, fette biscottate e marmellata a volontà) ! I cani della signora tenerissimi! Io ci tornerei molto volentieri! Consigliatissimo! Bacioni e grazie ancora signora Angioletta! bacioni anche a Priscilla e Tegolino!

Gli spazi sono molto ampi, curati con attenzione ed eleganza. La posizione non è ottima ma facilmente raggiungibile e la signora Angela un'ospite assai amabile che ha sempre assecondato con gentilezza le nostre richieste. Peccato che fossimo sempre molto impegnati, ci saremmo volentieri soffermati a godere delle comodità e della compagnia.

La signora Angioletta è stata gentilissima e molto cordiale. L'appartamento è un attico con terrazza vista mare spettacolare. Camere molto ampie. Consigliatissimo.

Assolutamente in ritardo ma dobbiamo fare i complimenti alla signora Intini per la gentilezza, cortesia e senso dell'ospitalità squisiti. Una casa fantastica in una posizione panoramica invidiabile. decisamente da consigliare agli amici sicuri di fare buona figura.

Il B&B è situato in zona collinare, in un attico con balcone vista mare. La struttura non è segnalata perché all'interno di un appartamento privato, ma la signora è stata cortesissima e precisa nel darci indicazioni (sul citofono c'è il suo nome quindi è subito trovato!). Grazie ai posti auto gratuiti nei paraggi è possibile lasciar l'auto e muoversi a piedi verso il centro e la spiaggia di San Remo (non più di 15 minuti a piedi). La nostra camera era dotata di ventilatore, tv, fornelletto anti zanzare. Per quanto riguarda i cani, non se ne avverte assolutamente la presenza perché hanno una loro area separata da quella degli ospiti, quindi non preoccupatevi! Sicuramente consigliato.

La signora è gentile, però un B&B non va gestito in questa maniera. In camera c'erano 40 gradi, mancava il condizionatore o ventilatore. La tv non funzionava. Non c'era un cestino in camera. La colazione misera e insipida servita in terrazza sotto al sole perché la tenda non funzionava. In casa assieme al gestore vivono 2 cani. Non c'è nessun cartello per arrivare ed è tutto in salita, allenatevi. Dopo la seconda notte delle 5 programmate sono scappato via.

Sorrido leggendo la Sua recensione. Lei appartiene a quella categoria di italiani chiamati furbetti. Poteva semplicemente dirmi, dato che Lei fa l'ambulante, che aveva difficoltà a recarsi a piedi al posto di lavoro perché a Sanremo il posteggio si paga. Per fortuna Lei non è il solo ad essere venuto nel mio B&B, non voglio dilungarmi perché per me Lei non è un soggetto da considerare. Per quanto riguarda i mie cani loro hanno una zona del terrazzo tutta per loro; guardi preferisco il profumo dei miei cani e non il fetore che emana la Sua anima.
