I hardly recommend this B&B to everyone, couples and families with children too. The location is great (Deep in the countryside among olive trees). The room was comfortable and super clean. The owners were very kind and friendly and made an excellent breakfast for us.

Very nice hosts and the ideal place to stay in a true countryside location in Valle d'Itria. I did an apprenticeship in the area and received so much help from them even for breakfast at 2 in the morning! It is very clean, beds are huge and comfortable. Test their olive oil, which also survived the flight so I can enjoy it at home. Thank you again.

In the countryside, a peaceful and relaxing place, warm welcome, well-designed layout, and an ideal starting point for nearby or more distant visits. The hospitality and tranquility contrast with other tourist accommodations. It is unquestionably a good choice if the rooms and sanitary facilities remain at 420 euros for 7 nights.

Property in the Apulian countryside, a quiet and welcoming place. Convenient both because it has parking and because its location makes it easy to reach the towns to visit (Alberobello, Polignano a Mare). A place suitable for those who want to relax and sleep in the silence of nature. The rooms are very clean and equipped with sheets and towels. Breakfast is plentiful and varies every day. The hosts are very kind and make you feel at home, very welcoming and attentive.

The structure, new and welcoming, guarantees total isolation from urban chaos. However, it is not far from the village. The owners, Mr. Paolo and Mrs. Rosita, are very nice and extremely helpful with every request. The accommodation in the room was excellent, as was the breakfast and dinner consumed during the stay. In relation to the cost, the service provided is of excellent quality.

I stayed with my family at this property a few days ago (also using the holiday bonus) and we received an extraordinary welcome. Paolo and his wife Rosita have a great attention to customer needs and are very helpful (they made us an afternoon coffee, offered local delicacies and directed us to nearby dairies). The rooms are heated, very clean and spacious (even for wheelchair users). The property is halfway between Gioia del Colle and Putignano, in the countryside and away from traffic and chaos. Our stay was truly pleasant, highly recommended!

Strategic location for those like me who want to visit new places every day, structure immersed in greenery where you can relax from city stress. Spacious and well-kept rooms, always perfectly clean due to the fact that the room is cleaned every day with towel change and I must say that almost no B&B does it. The breakfast is abundant, curated in detail with my wife allergic to gluten and lactose they managed to find suitable products for her condition. Kindness, availability, and courtesy go well beyond what one would expect, a beautiful family that I thank from the bottom of my heart Paolo and Rosita and little Mia for making us feel at home. I forgot, I recommend tasting their own production oil because it is truly exceptional.

Paolo and Rositta are spectacular people who made us feel at home. The structure is very clean and attentive to every little detail. The breakfast is abundant with homemade cakes. The location is great both for visiting and enjoying days at the beach. We spent a week with 2 adults and three children and we had a lot of fun. What I appreciated a lot is the silence of the night, we slept like angels. We will gladly return as soon as possible, Puglia is too beautiful to be visited in a week.

Masseria Montelli, an oasis of peace to stay. I wouldn't know where to start, everything perfect: extraordinary welcome, great attention to customer needs, refined and tastefully furnished rooms, spotlessly clean, daily room cleaning and towel change, very accurate advice from the owner Paolo on both cultural and gastronomic itineraries, which allowed us to taste excellent typical products and see all the wonders in the surroundings, super abundant and delicious breakfast, thanks to the homemade cakes made by Rosita, Paolo's wife, smiles and cheerfulness in abundance from the adorable Mia, daughter of the owners. We stayed a few days longer than expected, just because we had a great time. The stay in this beautiful place deserves a ten and praise, even our little dog, welcomed and accepted, had a dream vacation. We will definitely come back!

I stayed there in October with some members of my family and friends. We had a great time. The Bed and Breakfast is located on the road between Gioia del Colle and Putignano and not far from the most interesting places in the provinces of Bari and Lecce. The management is family-run, very kind people who made us a plentiful breakfast in the morning. If I have the chance to visit Puglia again, I will definitely return to Masseria Montelli.

I stayed from September 3rd to September 20th and I had a great time, and for my B&B work, I have visited many, but one like this for quality and price there are very few. Absolute tranquility, daily towel change and room cleaning, abundant breakfast, independent room access but above all the kindness of the owners Paolo and Rosita with La piccola Mia and Paolo's mom, make you feel like one of the family, I recommend it to everyone. We were pleasantly impressed by the hospitality and courtesy of Mr. Paolo and his family who, discreetly, directed us to discover the flavors and other wonders of the area. We appreciated the B&B for several reasons: independent access to the rooms, abundant and delicious breakfast, the possibility of convenient parking, the modernity and eco-sustainability of the structure. The location of the B&B is convenient if, like us, you have a car and intend to visit nearby points of interest.

The structure is new, I give an average vote for the room received, I was not prepared. Cleanliness, location, and management rated high, also for the encouragement of the manager that I'm sure will grow with experience. For breakfast, a sufficient vote due to the lack of bread, the manager should be more attentive to guest consumption, not asking but providing. However, I believe this will happen with experience. All in all, an excellent structure, compliments to the manager.

I found myself in this property for only two days, unfortunately just passing through. The property is strategically located, the reception is at the level of a hotel, the staff is very welcoming and friendly but not intrusive and above all very helpful. The price is affordable compared to the service provided. The room was very clean and equipped with every comfort. It's a place worth stopping at and definitely coming back to.

My wife, Antonella, and I had a very good time, especially due to the attention of the host towards the guests. We are very satisfied. The structure is beautifully wonderful, in the middle of nowhere. Great for those who love, after a day of excursions, the tranquility of the evening. The location is perfect for reaching various destinations nearby: Matera/Castellana Caves/Alberobello/Ostuni/Altamura/Polignano a Mare, etc. etc. I could say more, but the only thing to do, if the destination is in that area, is to go there and then you will know how to appreciate the charm of the place. Notes: Cherries are good.

Brand new structure in the open countryside, ideal for those like us who wanted to travel while staying in a quiet place. A short distance away, we visited Alberobello, Fasano's zoo, Polignano, and the Castellana Caves. Simple and comfortable rooms. Impeccable cleanliness. Excellent breakfast prepared by the owners with brioches and warm croissants, yogurt, and juices. Rosita's organic pie is delicious. The very young owners welcomed us in a family atmosphere, always kind and helpful. Excellent value for money.

The hospitality of Paolo and Rosita is incredible. Mega breakfast and the homemade pie is out of this world. So clean that one feels ashamed to dirty. The location is great for getting around quickly to both the sea and cultural and entertainment sites. 10 relaxing days in the middle of the countryside. Structure immersed in the tranquility of the Apulian countryside not far from tourist locations like Castellana Grotte and Alberobello. Large bedrooms, equipped with all comforts and well furnished. The friendliness and availability of the owners, linked to their seriousness and honesty, surrounded by the peace and tranquility of the place, made our holiday superb. The room was large and welcoming, very comfortable beds, the large bathroom was simply perfect! Exceptional car and motorcycle parking in front of each room. The breakfast was super abundant with very tasty local products, served in the very spacious breakfast room, with large tables, which made having the first meal of the morning special. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms was absolutely perfect. Saying they were very clean is an understatement! We felt ashamed to dirty anything. A heartfelt thank you to Paolo and Rosita, the owners, who made our holiday unforgettable.

The rooms are very beautiful, fresh thanks to the thermo-ventilated roof, very clean and immersed in the tranquility of the countryside.
