Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 14 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €8.00

Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:00 AM

Excellent structure, clean, with spacious and well-kept rooms in every detail. The owners are fantastic and offer a family-friendly and impeccable welcome. Very convenient location for the Serapo B&B beach and all services. Breakfast for all tastes, served by reservation in the room due to covid! Excellent experience.

Posizione strategica per chi ha figli piccoli. Praticamente di fronte ai giardinetti di Serapo e a 2 minuti dalle spiagge. Le camere sono essenziali ma con tutte le comodità: aria condizionata, zanzariere, cassaforte, bagno privato e arredate con gusto. I proprietari sono gentili e cortesi. Manca posto auto ma proprio sotto ci sono delle strisce bianche. Unico neo, avrei preferito una colazione con un cornetto o una brioche ma per il resto tutto ok, ci hanno concesso la colazione anche la mattina dell'arrivo che non sarebbe stata prevista.

È un accogliente e delizioso B&B, ottimo servizio e disponibilità da parte dei proprietari, camere ordinate e pulite dotate di tutte le comodità. Anche la posizione è ottima ed utile per spostarsi in macchina, a piedi o in navetta. Un luogo perfetto per soggiornare a Serapo. Lo consiglio vivamente. Carola poi è di una dolcezza infinita.

Disponibilità e location sono i maggiori punti di forza di questo B&B gestito con sorrisi spontanei in ogni momento della giornata. Le stanze sono ben arredate e in ognuna c'è la cura al minimo dettaglio; colazione ottima e variegata. Ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio e non vediamo l'ora di tornarci.

I gestori sono molto gentili e disponibili, specialmente nel dare informazioni o aiutare gli ospiti in caso di necessità. La struttura è in un ottima posizione rispetto alla spiaggia. L'arredamento è curatissimo e molto accogliente (ad es. ogni stanza segue un motivo).

Questo piccolo Bed and Breakfast è una fortuna per il viaggiatore, è delizioso. Situato a pochi metri dalla spiaggia di Serapo colpisce per la finezza degli arredamenti e la gentilezza dei proprietari. Abbiamo soggiornato nella stanza darjeeling ed è stato tutto perfetto. È veramente bellissima. Tutto curato nei minimissimi dettagli, dai fiori secchi profumati in doccia, alle caramelle in camera, alle lenzuola profumate e al letto comodissimo. Bellissima la sala colazione/cucina arredata in stile provenzale. Ottima la colazione e gentilissimi i proprietari che mettono a disposizione degli ospiti una grande varietà di tisane e the. Davvero un bel posto. A presto.

Splendido B&B in posizione comodissima proprio davanti al mare, a due passi dal centro e curato in ogni dettaglio dalle stanze alla colazione. I proprietari sono persone molto gentili e molto disponibili, la loro simpatia è unica. È raro trovare dei proprietari che gestiscano la propria attività con tanta dedizione. Posto semplicemente perfetto per rilassarsi o per una fuga romantica. Assolutamente consigliato.
