You may cancel your booking up to 20 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 11:00 AM

With a background in Hospitality I can only say - Wow. The Room and Property is pristine clean and the Owner is the sweetest person, taking care of her guests with her heart. She is always available for a chat and has recommendations and directions when asked for - a perfect host! The location is perfect between the seaside and the mountains - giving fast access to all touristic places. A great stay and we look forward to coming back again.

Excellent séjour passé en famille, belles chambres spacieuses claires et calmes, la piscine est fantastique, très bien avec des ados. les petits déjeuners sont au top. Grand Jardin soigneusement arboré et entretenu. Proche de Pietrasanta (10 mn à pied).

My girlfriend and I had a very pleasant stay at the Da Pio property. The lady managing the place was very kind and helpful. The location is strategic, surrounded by greenery, and the pool was a pleasant surprise: it was clean and well maintained. Overall, we were very satisfied and would like to come back in the future.

A wonderful structure! We stayed only one night but we were pleasantly impressed by the place and the tranquillity. Everything very very clean and the owner incredibly kind, always available. We highly recommend it.

Noi siamo stati molto bene. Posto incantevole molto curato. Una grande piscina attrezzata e un abbondante colazione. La camera nuova con un bellissimo bagno e terrazzina attrezzata. La signora è veramente ospitale e disponibile. La consigliamo caldamente e speriamo di tornarci.

Ottima struttura, immersa nel verde con una pace infinita. Ideale per chi vuole un po' di tranquillità essendo vicino al centro. Colazione ottima, ordine e pulizia impeccabile e la titolare veramente gentile e disponibile. Ottima struttura.

Heerlijk rustige B&B gelegen in een villawijkje in een prachtig kunstenaarsdorp. 8min wandelen naar het centrum. 10 rijden naar het strand. Prachtig zwembad. Uitgebreid ontbijt buiten onder een afdak in de tuin. Goede parkeerplaats. Airco. Aardige gastvrouw. Schone en ruime kamers.
