With a background in Hospitality I can only say - Wow. The Room and Property is pristine clean and the Owner is the sweetest person, taking care of her guests with her heart. She is always available for a chat and has recommendations and directions when asked for - a perfect host! The location is perfect between the seaside and the mountains - giving fast access to all touristic places. A great stay and we look forward to coming back again.

Excellent family stay, beautiful spacious bright and quiet rooms, the pool is fantastic, great with teenagers. Breakfasts are top-notch. Large garden carefully landscaped and maintained. Close to Pietrasanta (10 minutes walk).

A small paradise set in greenery, with a wonderfully large pool, a short walk from the center of Pietrasanta. Close to the bus and train station. The rooms are very clean. The buffet breakfast, simple but well prepared, with a delicious coffee, is served on a shaded terrace and the friendly owner will do his best to meet your needs. A hidden gem. Excellent value for money.

Tra l'altro Lei non ha neppure soggiornato direttamente in struttura ma è stato un suo collaboratore, 1 sola notte, di passaggio e non mi sembra assolutamente di ricordare nessun malcontento da parte sua e poi mi domando come si possa recensire una struttura tramite interposta persona. My girlfriend and I had a very pleasant stay at the Da Pio property. The lady managing the place was very kind and helpful. The location is strategic, surrounded by greenery, and the pool was a pleasant surprise: it was clean and well maintained. Overall, we were very satisfied and would like to come back in the future.

We had a very good time. Charming place, well cared for. A large equipped pool and a plentiful breakfast. The room is new with a beautiful bathroom and equipped terrace. The lady is truly hospitable and helpful. We highly recommend it and hope to return.
