Description
The Residence Podere San Giuseppe is a rural building, which has been recently completely restructured, located close to the sea and the centre of San Vincenzo (1. 5 km); it once belonged to one of the most noble families of Tuscany, the Counts della Gherardesca.

Situated along the Via Aurelia, with the hills on one side and the sea on the other, the Residence shares the typical architectural characteristics of the Tuscan territory.

Situated amidst a wide green area, the Residence Podere San Giuseppe consists 20 apartments, placed in three buildings: one flanks the road, while the other two are placed in the inner part of the property. Most of the apartments surround the swimming pool-solarium, which represents the centre of the residence.

The Podere San Giuseppe is open all year round, and proposes several offers in order to introduce its customers to the ancient tastes and the aromas which are deeply connected to the art, the culture, and the nature of this charming region.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 14 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Ottima struttura molto vicina alle spiagge più belle della zona, appartamento comodo a mio avviso manca solo una piccola lavastoviglie e qualche pentola in più. Per il resto tutto ok.

Struttura molto bella, ma con delle piccole pecche. Il giardino dell'appartamento, forse in quanto eravamo ad inizio stagione, era brullo ed anche la palizzata divisoria era da restaurare. Il sabato mattina, nonostante ci fosse un nutrito numero di ospiti hanno pensato bene di iniziare a disturbare alle ore 9 con il soffiatore per le foglie. (per poi terminare attorno alle ore 11). La segreteria è molto puntuale nel rispondere alle mail.

Ottima struttura, l'appartamento dove abbiamo alloggiato era grandissimo, letti comodi, curato e ben arredato, la piscina è molto bella ed ha anche la zona idromassaggio, sono disponibili spazi comuni veramente belli, calcio balilla, ping pong, palestra e giochi per bambini, veramente non manca nulla! Solo una cosa da segnalare: il prezzo indicato dal sito bed & breakfast non corrisponde affatto a quello reale, in ogni caso la struttura vale il prezzo pagato.

Ottima struttura per una vacanza di totale relax. Il nostro bilocale aveva tutte le comodità, con cucina completamente attrezzata (microonde compreso), aria condizionata, wi-fi, giardinetto recintato sul retro e patio nel sottoportico anteriore. Ottima anche la sistemazione in garage per l'auto (utile per recarsi al mare, ma sono anche disponibili biciclette a noleggio). Gli animali sono i benvenuti (nel parco del podere c'è anche una dog area e, non molto distante, una dog beach). Unico neo, qualche mosca di troppo, che può essere neutralizzata con spray e le zanzariere in dotazione. Nel complesso un'esperienza molto positiva.

It is the ideal departure place to discover the surrounding nature, which is rich of story with its Etruscan rests, the abandoned mines, the near historical villages like Castagneto Carducci, Bolgheri, Suvereto, Populonia and to visit the art towns: you can reach Florence and Siena in about one hour, Pisa and Volterra in half an hour and the isle of Elba in one hour.
Who loves actually the relax can reach the near Etruscan thermal baths.
