An excellent location in the heart of Perugia and a stone's throw from everything that one might want to see or experience. Very easy to find and easily accessible for us from the train station. The mini metro from the station is the best form of public transport we have ever experienced, efficient, punctual, frequent (every few minutes), clean, and affordable. It's a great way to arrive in the historical Centre in a matter of minutes. The apartment is in a lovely palazzo, and the bedroom is adorned with a beautiful ceiling with frescoes filled with sunlight. The furnishings are comfortable, as is the bed. The host, Anna, lives nearby and was so helpful and accommodating while respecting our privacy. She made us feel at home and provided us with everything we asked for our breakfast. We extended our stay because of the excellent host, location (a proud neighborhood with lots of street art and so central but quiet), and good value. Our best B&B experience.

Alessi B&B is exceptional because of the care and thoughtfulness of the proprietress Anna. She took a personal interest in my time in Perugia, and couldn't have been more helpful, giving advice on directions, places to visit, local transport. The apartment I stayed in was bright and cheerful, in a lovely part of the town, very central. My room was very comfortable and quiet, which was necessary for me because I went to Perugia to complete an Italian language class.

I loved my study-holiday stay at Anna's because she is an exceptional person as well as a great hostess from Perugia. She explains everything to you in detail as if she were a teacher. In short, she goes out of her way to help you wherever you come from and whatever language you speak. Thank you Anna! You are a sweetheart.

Pleasant, very warm, well-kept, clean structure, the first time I find a memory mattress and pillows that are not for (clay pigeon shooting). The owner is simply very kind and helpful.

Anna is a delightful, helpful, and attentive host. The little house is a gem in the heart of the city with everything at hand and on a street full of small works of art hanging on the walls. Lots of atmosphere inside and out. Very pleasant days and an address that I will keep jealously in my heart. Thank you Anna!

Very nice house, very convenient location as it is located in the center, except for the uncomfortable bed that made noise with every movement and uncomfortable pillows.

I stayed with my friends at the Alessi B&B during the chocolate fair weekend. The location is excellent, just a stone's throw from the city center, the apartment is functional and tidy. Mrs. Anna is extremely available at any time of the day. All very positive, I would recommend it to anyone wishing to stay in Perugia. Thank you.

The owner of the Alessi B&B redirected me to another structure managed by her, the Azzi B&B, in a very favorable location. The welcome was good, I was picked up at the bus station and taken to the destination. However, after that, nothing. The room was large but furnished in a shabby way and lacked air conditioning, the bathroom was in a common area also used by the owner, there was no soap in the bathroom, and cleanliness was completely absent. At first, there was no hairdryer, breakfast was self-service with supermarket cookies.

Gentile signor Cuomo, mi dispiace molto che abbia scritto tanto male a proposito del suo soggiorno. Oltre che amareggiata, sono estremamente sorpresa poichè io con tutti i miei ospiti cerco di dare il massimo della disponibilità e di adeguarmi il più possibile alle loro esigenze. Vi ho fatto prelevare alla stazione, vi ho chiesto che esigenza avevate per la colazione e, soprattutto, non vi ho lasciato solo i biscotti della Coop (non li considero prodotti di scarsa qualità) ma anch yogurt, burro, muesli, succhi di frutta, brioches, marmellata, oltre a caffè e latte naturalmente. Le colazioni che offro ai miei ospiti, che siano preparate autonomamente o servite da me, sonomsempre abbondanti e ricche. Questo vorrei puntualizzarlo. Sul fatto della pulizia, in genere vengo in tarda mattinata per sistemare, ma con voi non ho potuto farlo una mattina su tre, poiché vi ho trovato ancora nella casa e ho pensato che fosse meglio non disturbarvi. Tendo a rispettare sempre la privacy e le abitudini dei miei ospiti, e se capisco che le persone non sono propense a conversare mi tiro indietro per non essere indiscreta. Per il sapone, mi scuso, è stata una dimenticanza! L'unica cosa di cui, secondo me, avete avuto ragione a lamentarvi! Spero poter avere l'occasione di farvi soggiornare da me e ricredervi sul vostro giudizio. Cordiali saluti, Anna.

To be honest, the impact wasn't good. B&B in a ZTL area, difficulty in arriving and without any indication, moreover the address (internet) didn't match. But... having called each other and then met, the perplexities and difficulties in choosing the Alessi B&B were mitigated. The hostess Mrs. Anna, a very kind and helpful person, having given us all the relevant information, personally accompanying us to a free parking lot and in the meantime having us take a tour of Perugia (historic center), we began to appreciate the location and the accommodation (beautiful-ordered-clean-spacious and complete). In short, Perugia is beautiful, high up, panoramic, full of young people and with a large pedestrian area. We will gladly return, but the only sour note, the dog excrement!
