Beautiful B&B surrounded by olive trees and hills behind Sperlonga. From the pool you can see the sea. The rooms are spacious, very clean and I must emphasize that when you open the door you are greeted by a delicious scent! Giuseppe is very friendly and always present. The only suggestion I can give to Giuseppe is to resume having breakfast by the pool (it seems it was like this before Covid-19) because the view is spectacular, and to insist with local authorities to have the road paved. I stayed for a week with friends and we had a great time.

Struttura incantevole, pulita nuova e ben tenuta. Un po' tortuosa la strada per arrivare ma ne vale sicuramente la pena.

Ho soggiornato una notte in questo stupendo B&B. La posizione è fantastica perché ti permette di stare lontano dal caos ma allo stesso tempo si è vicini a Itri e alle spiagge. La camera molto grande, con un bel panorama e molto pulita! I proprietari gentilissimi ci hanno consigliato i migliori posti dove mangiare ed i luoghi da visitare più belli della zona. L'unico rammarico è essere stati solo una notte.

Posto da sogno. Una struttura elegantissima ideale per godersi un po' di serenità in mezzo al verde e agli ulivi. Una piscina panoramica che si affaccia sulla vallata da dove si vede il mare di Sperlonga e le isole di Ischia e Ponza. La gestione attenta ed accurata del gentilissimo signor Giuseppe rendono questo posto un piccolo angolo di Paradiso.

Accoglienza, relax, struttura magnifica, panorama mozzafiato, cordialità e la sensazione di sentirsi davvero a casa. Posso riassumere con queste parole la mia esperienza a Collina degli Ulivi. Un posto magico, impreziosito dalla simpatia e gentilezza del signor Giuseppe, pronto ad assecondare tutte le richieste degli ospiti. Noi abbiamo soggiornato nella suite panoramica. Top. Terrazzo privato e vista su piscina e vallata. Ti svegli la mattina, ti affacci dal tuo balcone e pensi di essere in un vero paradiso terrestre. Non so come sono le altre camere ma credo che lo standard sia quello. Colazione ottima e abbondante. Torneremo sicuramente a settembre, con altre temperature, per provare la magnifica piscina a sfioro, il fiore all'occhiello della struttura (p.s. quando siamo andati noi avevano appena rifatto il prato, veniva voglia di tuffarsi in piscina e stendersi a prendere il sole sul prato). Grazie di tutto.

Ottima struttura moderna confortevole pulita. Gentilissimo il signor Giuseppe. Camera ottima piscina fantastica, tranquillità cortesia, prati ottimamente mantenuti, olivi, macchia mediterranea. ottima colazione. lo consiglio anche per la posizione strategica per vedere Gaeta e Sperlonga. Necessaria la macchina.

Terra incantevole, di cui si narra nell'Odissea e nell'Eneide, che ti cattura con il suo fascino talvolta misterioso. La Collina degli Ulivi è il sunto di tutto ciò. Oasi di pace e relax sapientemente e finemente progettata e realizzata dal titolare, il signor Giuseppe persona squisita ed ammirevole che, con i figli Marco e Fabrizio, conduce il B&B. Note degne di considerazione sono le segnalazioni dei percorsi enogastronomici e degli itinerari turistici consigliati dal gestore che non deluderanno nessun vacanziero. Consiglierò vivamente la struttura ad amici e conoscenti auspicando, quanto prima, un ritorno per riassaporare le gioie ed i momenti piacevoli vissuti.

Ho soggiornato alla Collina degli ulivi durante un fine settimana, dal venerdì sera alla domenica, insieme a mio marito e a mio figlio con sua moglie e i due bambini. La struttura è nuova e molto curata nei particolari, da lì si gode una vista bellissima, colline e mare. Il sig. Giuseppe, il padrone di casa, è una persona affabile e disponibile a venire incontro alle richieste. Anche i bambini, 5 e 3 anni, sono stati felicissimi della libertà di spaziare che il luogo permetteva loro di avere.

Posta su una collina circondata dagli olivi, con un panorama che si spinge fino al mare di Gaeta, la struttura è un'oasi di pace: la tranquillità che offre, il suo prato, i fiori, le camere grandi, accoglienti, i servizi perfetti, l'accuratezza dei particolari, e la gentile disponibilità del Signor Giuseppe hanno reso una breve vacanza un momento indimenticabile, che mi sento di consigliare a tutti i toscani.
