The property, located between the towns of Villar Pellice Bobbio Pellice (both within walking distance) has a large garden and private parking.

On the first floor there are two widely adaptable bedrooms that can accommodate three people each, while in the lower floor, there are spaces for communal use: the breakfast room, living room and toilet.

The house is furnished in the typical mountain style of the place but without forgetting a modern twist: whoever feels just like home, even the little ones, with the ability to take advantage of a high chair and a cot.

It is also possible to rent mountain bikes and use the transfer service to and from airports and train stations.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Didier is the nicest host, I know. He was very helpful in organising our trip. He even found a place where we could park our car for a week. The place is very nice, the rooms super clean and tidy. He even prepared a very early breakfast for us and made a reservation for us in a restaurant. We love to come back, Thomas

Great location for exploring the historic villages of the Pellice valley. The hosts were wonderful and very helpful. I would go back to the Ai Fontana anytime.

Located at the top of a mountain village in the Pellice valley, with balcony and garden. Lovingly furnished, spotlessly clean, modern bathroom, kitchen with gas hob. Wooden floors. Rich Italian breakfast with croissant, pancake with fruit, biscuits, crunchy muesli, fresh whole milk, apple juice from own production and plenty of fresh fruit. The access to the bedroom is via a narrow steel spiral staircase or an external staircase on the balcony. Very friendly and helpful hosts, always available. Thank you very much! We will gladly come back!

Die Unterkunft hat uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Die Betreiber sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend und sehr zurückhaltend. Es gibt nur zwei Gästezimmer, so dass man das kleine Haus fast ganz für sich allein hat. Das Bad muss man sich allerdings teilen, was aber unproblematisch ist. Die Ausstattung in der Küche reicht, um sich tagsüber gut allein versorgen zu können.

Accommodation was very well looked after. It was clean and fresh. Beds very comfortable. We had the place to ourselves and enjoyed the peace and tranquillity. Didier provided a lovely breakfast every morning but did not intrude on our privacy at any time. The only problem was the internal spiral staircase which would have proved difficult for elderly or young children. There was an outside staircase to the balcony upstairs balcony but this would be inconvenient in poor weather. We enjoyed our stay very much and would have no hesitation in staying there again.

Ottima l'accoglienza e la disponibilità del gestore e della sua famiglia. Un giusto equilibrio tra gentilezza e non invadenza. La struttura è perfetta sia per coppie sia per famiglie, l'unico inconveniente è il bagno in comune che si risolve brillantemente con la costante pulizia da parte dei gestori e la correttezza dei clienti. Da consigliare a tutti quelli che vogliono passare una vacanza rilassante, in pace e silenziosa tra i monti della Val Pellice.
