We spent a weekend at Conero Mare Verde. We had a good time, the area is very quiet and peaceful, just a stone's throw from the seafront. It can be reached on foot in 10 minutes or by car (attention to the one-way ZTL seafront from Numana towards Marcelli until 5 pm). The host is very nice and helpful. There is the possibility to cook something in the kitchen area of the B&B, there is a fridge available and a large veranda where breakfast is served in the morning. Breakfast is abundant and served at the table.

Valentina e Katia ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa! SU richiesta, ci hanno dato tanti consigli sui luoghi da visitare e sui ristoranti. La colazione vista mare era perfetta!

Bella struttura, panoramica, in posizione comoda al mare, al trasporto pubblico, al supermercato. Peccato per la mancanza dell'aria condizionata che era indicata fra i servizi offerti, come anche il wifi, disponibile solo in veranda per poche ore al giorno, praticamente di scarsa utilità.

Luogo incantevole vicino al mare con un panorama meraviglioso, grande cordialità e disponibilità di Valentina e delle ragazze (simpaticissime), ottime colazioni con prodotti freschissimi; le foto del sito non rispecchiano la struttura che dal vivo è molto più grande, curata e accogliente. Posizione strategica. Relax assicurato.

Ho soggiornato per 6giorni e sono stata trasportata in una deliziosa atmosfera di relax e natura. Valentina è una padrona di casa molto attenta e prepara con delicatezza colazioni buonissime, posto da ritornare e apprezzato!

Valentina è una host davvero speciale, ci ha accolto con calore, l'ambiente è confortevole e la zona bellissima; la colazione da urlo. Super consigliato.

Ottima struttura ricettiva e ristrutturata da poco in una posizione "strategica", i titolari sono molto cortesi, presenti e si fanno in 4 (o meglio sono in 4) per accontentare le richieste del cliente. Mi è piaciuta molto la cucina ad uso comune, comoda e fornita di tutto per poter preparare qualunque tipo di pietanza, se si hanno particolari esigenze o di bambini piccoli o per rilassarsi una sera e cenare sotto il pergolato. A mio avviso le mancanze lievi sono: la climatizzazione nelle camere ed una TV (c'è la predisposizione) ed al limite un tavolino corredato da uno specchio, ma le camere in compenso sono molto confortevoli, un po' "arzigogolato" il sistema di chiavi, poco pratico ma originale; Certo poi se ci fosse stata una piscina di fronte al pergolato... (meditate gestori).

Questo B&B ha soprattutto una bella location. In cima a una collina a due passi dal mare. Il pergolato sotto cui si fanno le colazioni è arieggiato e com vista sul mare. Per colazione ci sono molte materie prime di ottima qualità e a km zero.

Noi siamo stati dal 20 al 24 luglio 2016. La struttura è bellissima, sembra quasi messa a nuovo da pochissimo. Anche la posizione è ottima, leggermente sopraelevata, con bellissimo panorama, in un posto tranquillo che è anche un punto centrale per accedere ai vari luoghi della riviera. Camera leggermente strettina per 3 (ma comunque comoda), ottimo invece il bagno. Letto matrimoniale non eccezionale. Era dichiarata la possibilità di aria condizionata, ma in camera io non ho visto split (e comunque non credo che l'avremmo usata). Bene anche la colazione (noi abbiamo visto solo cibo dolce, non so dire se avevano a disposizione anche il salato). Il gestore non ha un approccio molto accogliente, anche se in realtà si è mostrato disponibile e non abbiamo avuto problemi.

Inserito in un contesto molto rilassante, silenzioso; bellissimo il panorama che traguarda dai campi coltivati, al mare al profilo di Loreto. Struttura nuova, ben tenuta ed accogliente, adatto a chi ama la tranquillità; è anche un bel punto di partenza per coloro che desiderano muoversi a piedi o in bici e raggiungere le spiagge e il paese senza utilizzare l'auto. La presenza di una bella cucina a disposizione degli ospiti rappresenta un punto di forza della struttura unitamente alla colazione ben fatta servita sotto l'accogliente veranda. La titolare Valentina è cortese e molto disponibile ad accogliere le esigenze degli ospiti.
