I can highly recommend this B&B (only one B since there is no breakfast). The room has a beautiful balcony and the bathroom is spacious. There is a big kitchen area with lots of space to eat and sit and relax.

Great apartment, great host. Though no breakfast was included, we had coffee and tea available for free. The kitchen was very well equipped. Everything was very clean and bed linen and towels were changed, and garbage emptied during our stay. Thank you for the nice restaurant recommendations as well!

We spent 5 days at Stefi's B&B. What a great place, hidden in the middle of the shopping center of Lazise. Very quiet at night, not noisy during the day as well. Everything is clean, good bedroom with a good mattress, good private bathroom, enough towels. Very pleased with the air conditioning in the bedroom during hot summer days. There's also a kitchen to cook and use all the things you need to prepare a meal. In Lazise, there's a nice sandy beach only 20 minutes away on foot. We were very happy with this B&B, a good place to visit again. Thank you very much Stefi's from Diana and daughter Maureen from the Netherlands.

Stefi's was very kind and attentive, every morning he left the breakfast table set for us without missing anything, we felt like in a hotel. The house was clean and organized. I would highly recommend staying in this place and will definitely return.

We stayed just one night at Stefi's, but we really enjoyed our time there and would totally come back! The B&B is really nice, comfortable, and clean. We spent 4 lovely days in Lazise at the end of summer. Stefi's bed and breakfast was just the perfect place to stay! Our room was nice and tidy, and it had a balcony overlooking the little alleys of the old town. With a 2-minute walking distance to the lake, I couldn't imagine a better location.\n\nMoreover, Stefano and Stefi are very charming hosts. I got to test my little knowledge of the Italian language, and Stefano was kind enough not to switch to English immediately, as everyone else used to do once they heard me struggle;) He pointed out the best restaurants in town - so that we were able to avoid what we call "tourist traps" in German and enjoyed a great dinner every day.\n\nThe breakfast was Italian - with a variety of sweet things - all neatly arranged by Stefano in the open kitchen on the ground floor. Guests can also cook their meals here, which we did for lunch sometimes.\n\nIn conclusion: we would recommend this B&B to everyone. Very nice and helpful landlord.\n\nThe accommodation is very clean and is cleaned daily.\n\nThere is a free parking and Stefano even carried our luggage.\n\nThe location is very central, right in the city center.\n\nIn the kitchen where breakfast is prepared, you can also make something to eat. We really liked the accommodation. You are right in the city center and get a lot of the Italian atmosphere. We felt comfortable in the room from the beginning. The room and the bathroom were very clean and were also cleaned daily. The breakfast was adequate for the price and also sufficient. The pension management was also extremely friendly and very dedicated! We will definitely come back.

We spent 5 nights there and were completely satisfied! The rooms are clean and well equipped. The location of the accommodation is optimal, you are in the middle of the city and only a few minutes away from the beach. Despite the central location, it was quiet on the streets from 11 pm onwards.\n\nThe only thing that could be improved is the breakfast, some fresh items like fruit or a boiled egg would be great.

Excellent location in the center of Lazise. Mr. Stefano waited for us at the parking lot and helped us carry the suitcases. The rooms are very clean, beautiful, and well-equipped, and the kitchen is equipped with all the appliances. We stayed only two days, but it is also optimal for longer stays.

Clean and cozy structure very close to the lake and in the heart of the pedestrian historic center. Parking is outside the walls but very convenient, and the owner Stefano, both on arrival and departure, loads all the luggage on his super bike, he is very helpful and very kind. The bathroom and kitchen are shared with another room but everything is super clean. Breakfast is included and it's self-service. It's the ideal place to enjoy the lake, go for walks, cycling, and it's only 10 minutes away from Gardaland, Caneva, Parco Natura Viva, Movieland. I will definitely come back!

Simply perfect, just a stone's throw from the city center and the lakeside. Great cleanliness, I took two rooms with a shared bathroom, spacious kitchen available for breakfast (do it yourself) and also for preparing something for lunch or dinner if you wish. Separate entrance.

I believe that, even though it doesn't have a lake view, it is located in a pleasant position, rich in greenery and at the right distance from the chaos of the center. Everything perfect. Couple with a three-year-old boy and a one-year-old girl. We were guests for one night at the B&B in May 2012. The structure is in the historic center, in the pedestrian area. They advised us of a free parking lot that is located at the beginning of Via San Martino, which is about 600 meters from the structure: very convenient! On the ground floor there is the kitchen. A large room with television and a fully equipped kitchen (including salt, oil, sugar, napkins, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator). An abundant breakfast is served at the time agreed upon with the owner. We rented both double rooms located on the first floor that have a shared bathroom. With the closing of a door, we had available a small apartment and the children could move around freely. The rooms and the bathroom have been recently renovated. They are spacious and clean. The bathroom is windowless. The photos and the description of the site correspond to reality. The manager was courteous and very helpful.
