Description
Convenience, Quality and courtesy are the characteristics that I offer: The BB Tre Gigli is 4 minutes walk from the train station of Firenze SM Novella and 12 minutes from the Duomo. E 'on the 1st floor without elevator of a building of the '900, in a picturesque street in the center of Florence, between Santa Maria Novella and All Saints, areas rich in history. Suffice it to say that the nearby Via Borgognissanti Amerigo Vespucci was born in the neighboring church of All Saints and the tombs of Vespucci, Botticelli and Simonetta Vespucci, a model for the famous Venus and Primavera (which you can admire paintings in the Uffizi).

The Moon and Sun rooms have a comfortable double bed, are traditionally furnished with care and attention, with the colors orange and burgundy, each room has a flat tv, heater, air conditioning, hair dryer. The bathroom with shower and 'in common and ask the guests a little patience, but it is equipped with shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, lavender, baby powder! And if you forgot the toothpaste is too..The small kitchen is available and well equipped, to relax at any time of the day, even outside of breakfast. Breakfast is self service with milk, coffee, tea, jam, vegetable butter (spreads better), seasonal fruit, fresh water tap, plus each room has a private shelf in the refrigerator to store something personal. In the house there is wifi, ironing board, iron, sewing box, thermometer (hopefully not needed!) The house is non-smoking, but smokers can take advantage of the little green balcony.

Upon arrival, guests will have free: map, brochures, language guides, timetables and prices for museums and churches, personal information to visit to the city and surrounding area. Near the BB are: various restaurants, parking fee with whom I have the convention, market, ATM, newspapers, laundry facilities, a multiplex cinema, nightclub, car rental, museums, pharmacy, perfumery, and much more. Very close to public transport: the train station is a few meters of Sita, bus (the bus stop is in front of the house knock electrical C2), taxi, train, tramway, everything is a maximum of 4 minutes on foot. We are in the center: he turns to walk comfortably and from the house you can see the Tower of the Old Palace, to be reached in 15 minutes.

Fernanda's place was a lovely home base for a too-short 2-night trip I made to Firenze. It was a ten-minute walk to/from the train station, and situated within a 15-minute walk from everything I wanted to do in the city. Although there is not an official breakfast, Fernanda does provide some tea and coffee for you to make as you wish, small cakes, and yogurt for you to consume as either a light breakfast or a snack during the day. It was a very cozy place and a great value for everything it has to offer. Fernanda herself was also a communicative, kind, and helpful host. A really terrific overall stay.

B&B Tre Gigli is a hidden gem in Florence. Fernanda, our host is SUPER accommodating. We’re supposed to meet with her at the place but she even went out to look for us when we’re just minutes behind, making it easier for us to find the place. Right from the get go she started giving us tips and info around the area. When we arrive to the place she offered drink and snacks and a little tour of the place. She already have everything set up even a map of Florence with all the details we want to see, should see, and free things to do while we’re here. The actual place is very homey and cozy. We picked the big room since it has 2 beds in it. She did warned us that it can get noisy since it right by the street side and there’s a couple of restaurants around. But in all honesty you can only hear crowds when you left the windows open but closed it’s tolerable. The bathroom is a little bit tight but it’s clean and does the job. There’s also a fully equipped cute kitchen you can use. Overall Fernanda’s hospitality is the highlight of our stay at B&B Tre Gigli her genuine personally really shines. Would highly recommend 10/10.

Perfect temporary home in the center of Florence! The apartment was very spacious and charming to have to ourselves and Fernanda was an amazing host. She offered to arrange reservations for us and gave us an overview of the city when we arrived. Highly recommend the Chianti Wine Tour that picks up right around the corner for a great day trip out of the city.

Everyone at Tre Gigli, were friendly and welcoming. Their breakfast, was the best one that I had, of the 5 places I stayed. Fernande, offered fresh apples, bananas, oranges. There was toast, three assortments of little wrapped breakfast brioches. Two kinds of wrapped little treats, I liked the one in the refrigerator, with chocolate on it. Milk in the refrigerator. Teas and coffee. I liked that they offered a plug in tea maker. I used it to make instant coffee. They offered coffee, but you had to turn on the yellow knob, for the gas on the wall, then turn on the gas on the stove. I could do all of that, but I was afraid that I would melt the handle on the small coffee pot. It was here that I had my first "cherry Jelly" it is now my favorite kind. I liked that the door on the street of the B&B locked, I felt very safe and secure. Tre Gigli, offers, all kinds of maps, and books on visiting Florence. Fernande, walked me to the tram at Santa Maria Novella, (only about 1. 5 to 2. 0 blocks away) she was helping me understand to get the tram to the airport.

I and my wife stayed there, and we really enjoyed! A very nice and clean place close to almost all the touristic places (we just needed walking to visit everywhere) and several shops nearby, kind host, and well equipped house. I do recommend it to others as well. The host was also very helpful in getting several information about our visits.

Tre Gigli is very convenient, close to the station, in an easy street with several restaurants and a bank automat close by. The rooms are clean and comfortable but a little filled with furniture and nick-nacks. In the rooms there is not much space for luggage and the kitchen, while fully equipped, is small. There are four flights of stairs to reach the apartment. Fernanda, the owner, is very nice and accommodating and made our stay very comfortable. However, communication with her is challenging, she lost our reservation after confirming it but was quick to re-establish it. She speaks better French than English so translation-assisted Whats App works better than direct communication and if you don't speak Italian I wouldn't recommend calling.

Fernanda est très accueillante et elle offre une superbe orientation à la ville. En plus du plan de la ville qu'elle nous a donné, elle a plusieurs brochures et livres à consulter - de très belles ressources. Le coût est correct pour Florence - une ville touristique où tout est cher. Un vrai grand lit (pas deux simples collés ensemble) et chambre comfortable (il vaut mieux réserver la chambre près de la cuisine puisqùelle donne sur la cour arrière - moins de bruit de la rue); le seul désavantage est la salle de douche et toilette qui doit être partagée avec deux autres chambres. Ceci peut demander une certaine planification si on doit tous partir tôt, mais un très petit désagrément pour un endroit très bien situé (à quelques minutes de la gare) et des attractions touristiques. Petit magasin de pâtes fraiches sur la même rue à quelques pas - un diner authentique pas cher! Fortement recommandé! Merci Fernanda pour un séjour des plus agréables!

Out stay at the B&B Tre Gigli was extremely pleasant, the apartment is very cosy and clean, equipped with everything you might need. It is located 5 minutes from the train station Firenze Santa Maria Novella and about 10 minutes from the Florence Cathedral. Fernanda was very helpful, advising us on places to visit and giving us lots of information on public transport, restaurants and good bakeries in the neighborhood. She also updated us regularly on any events or things we might be interested in. We are very happy with our experience and Fernanda was a wonderful host!

Dopo aver soggiornato due notti in questo bed and breakfast posso dire con certezza di essermi trovata davvero bene. Ci sono diversi punti a favore di questa struttura come ad esempio la disponibilità e la gentilezza della signora Fernanda, la quale ci ha anche fornito di una cartina spiegandoci dettagliatamente come raggiungere i monumenti e i musei più importanti della città. Allo stesso tempo però anche la pulizia della stanza e la vicinanza sia alla stazione che al centro, sono stati fondamentali. In generale penso sia davvero comodo per chiunque voglia visitare tutta Firenze avendo comunque un punto di riferimento in cui tornare.

Abbiamo trascorso un piacevolissimo soggiorno presso questo B&B, posizione strategica sia vicino alla stazione sia vicina al centro. La casa è dotata di tutti i servizio necessari per la permanenza. La signora Fernanda è gentilissima e disponibile per ogni tipo di richiesta, ci ha saputo indicare i luoghi di interesse da visitare. Consigliatissimo +++.

La ringrazio signora Valeria. In effetti la casa è ben posizionata ed attrezzata ed io cerco di offrire ad ogni Ospite delle "dritte" x rendere il soggiorno piacevole ed emozionante. Per quanto riguarda la colaziome (se prevista nel prezzo) può essere essere fatta a scelta al bar o a casa ma NON posso offrire torte casalinghe, ma solo dolci preconfezionati come richiesto dalla normativa. Sono davvero soddisfatta del mio weekend d'amore (anche se breve), la signora Fernanda è stata di una gentilezza e di una allegria sorprendente, sempre a disposizione riusciva a seguirci a distanza dandoci parecchie informazioni su luoghi da visitare. Esperienza positiva. Fernanda è stata accogliente e ha reso il breve soggiorno molto confortevole! Si è dimostrata molto disponibile e sollecita a venire in contro ad ogni esigenza o richiesta. Premesso che le valutazioni dipendono anche dalla sensibilità personale, sono rimasta perplessa dalla vostra, signori Katia e Massimo. # 6 sulla voce PULIZIA (il mio pallino), # 8 sulla voce GESTORE (mia assistenza completa e gratuita, con il valore aggiunto di Guida Turistica quale sono, dal primo giorno di richiesta informazioni, all'ultimo del soggiorno), # 5 sulla voce COLAZIONE, che può essere fatta a scelta: Self service a casa con latte, caffè, vari tipi di tè, banane, succhi di diversi gusti, brioche varie, yogurt bianco e alla frutta, burro, marmellata, biscotti, acqua potabile, sempre a disposizione, per cioè non solo al mattino; in alternativa possibilità di fare colazione in 2 bar vicino casa a scelta (brioche e bevuta) ed avendo comunque sempre a disposizione quanto prima elencato. # 6 voce RAPPORTO qualità-prezzo, cioè se interpreto bene: la casa non era pulita, io potevo dare di più, la colazione era meglio farla altrove, quindi ci meritiamo una MEDIOCRE SUFFICIENZA. C'è mancato poco ed eravamo rimandati a settembre! Oltre al danno, la beffa: con WhatsApp mi ringraziate. Il punto di forza del B&B è la padrona di casa, la signora Fernanda che è molto ospitale. Ci ha accolto e ci ha fornito utilissime indicazioni per muoverci a Firenze. La casa si trova molto comoda alla stazione e a due passi dal centro. La pulizia è impeccabile, le stanze sono piccole, ma accoglienti. Il bagno in comune è sempre in ordine. C'è la possibilità di ristorarsi in casa oppure fare colazione al bar vicino al B&B.

Il B&B Tregigli, situato nel cuore della città, ci ha offerto un servizio veramente ottimo: a partire dalla signora Fernanda, già guida turistica prima per passione poi per professione, la quale, sentite le nostre esigenze, ci ha contattato addirittura alcuni giorni prima consigliandoci la prenotazione anticipata di alcuni musei (Uffizi e museo dell' Accademia) per evitare le quotidiane code; sul posto poi si è subito resa disponibile creandoci un itinerario culturale calzato alle nostre esigenze e preferenze, luoghi d'interesse tutti raggiungibili a piedi dall'alloggio. Cucina ben attrezzata, da noi utilizzata ogni sera, e bagno sono in condivisione con le altre stanze e la "sovrapposizione" d'uso è stata molto rara (forse perché normalmente si cena fuori). Apprezzata anche la presenza di shampoo e balsamo in doccia. La posizione e l'ottima gestione della signora Fernanda hanno fatto veramente la differenza per una indimenticabile vacanza a Firenze.

Ringrazio la signora Diana per il punteggio assegnato. Mi rammarico per il 7 dato alla colazione. Davvero non so più cosa proporre. Promesso che non posso offrire torte fatte in casa per la normativa vigente, offro 3 possibilità: self service in casa: latte, caffè, tisane, cioccolata, succhi di frutta, the freddo, plumage, merendine al cioccolata, biscotti, marmellatine, burrini, a volta anche banane e yogurt. Tutto questo è sempre a disposizione in cucina, anche fuori orario di colazione. Inoltre in 2 bar vicino casa, a scelta, si può fare la classica colazione italiana, con brioche e cappuccino, in uno dei 2 bar vicino casa. Riscuotendo per una doppia 55 Euro, con aria condizionata e colazione, con pernottamento solo di 1 notte, con ricevuta fiscale, accetto volentieri consigli su cosa devo offrire x avere il punteggio più alto. Il gestore, Fernanda, è gentile e disponibile, partecipa a mostre e eventi culturali a Firenze in prima persona, diventando quindi un'ottima fonte di informazioni. La struttura è molto carina e ben tenuta, solo un po' piccolo il bagno. La mia amica e io torneremo sicuramente.

Sono perplessa (e curiosa) del voto appena sufficiente per la colazione, poichè ci siamo parlate più volte, a voce ed in whatsapp. Spero di chiarire a lei e a chi legge, dando queste info sulla colazione: in casa sono disponibili self service: caffè, thè, tisane, latte l. c., burrini, marmellatine, banane, succhi di frutta monodose, thè freddo monodose, fette biscottate e cornetti insacchettati (marche note) dato che la legge non mi permette la manipolazione degli alimenti (dunque NO torte fatte in casa). Per chi preferisce colazione servita, può scegliere uno dei 2 bar vicino casa dove consumare il classico: cornetto e cappuccino. Per chi gradisce: una cosa non esclude l'altra! Fernanda.

Abbiamo soggiornato due giorni in una camera con bagno in comune. Tutto perfetto. Camera bella, silenziosa, pulita ed accogliente come la struttura. La proprietaria gentilissima ci ha assistito in tutto, dalle indicazioni per arrivare al deposito bagagli gratuito il. giorno della partenza. Siamo stati benissimo grazie a tante piccole attenzioni. Pensavamo che il bagno in comune potesse essere un problema invece è stato tutto perfetto. Di prima mattina c'era già chi lo puliva a rotazione quindi lo si trovava sempre perfetto. La zona poi è ricca di ristoranti, locali e in un attimo si è vicini a tutte le attrazioni più importanti. Ci torneremo perché ci siamo sentiti accolti e a nostro agio.

Gentile signore Fraschetti, la ringrazio per la recensione comunque positiva. Per dare indicazioni sulla gestione del mio B&B, do qualche chiarimento (utile soprattutto ai futuri ospiti), in merito ai 2 punti in cui ho avuto un punteggio inferiore alla media. VOCE GESTORE punteggio 8 Sabato 5 maggio, avendo io un esame da sostenere, dunque non potendo fare personalmente il checkin ai signori, ho delegato una persona di mia fiducia ad accogliere il signor Daniele, facendogli trovare tutto pronto, nonostante fossero le h.9.30 del mattino: camera pronta (che corse!), mappa con tour evidenziato, biglietti da visita per i ristoranti in convenzione, bagno condiviso pulito dalla signora delle pulizie e presenza di altra signora delegata al checkin (dunque 2 persone a disposizione affinchè tutto fosse pulito, in ordine e pronto per le 9.30). Mi ero tenuta in contatto con gli ospiti precedentemente con whatsapp; sono passata in serata al bb per conoscerli e -non avendoli incontrati- sono ripassata appositamente al mattino della domenica: infatti ci siamo salutati. Non posso esserci sempre e solo io a fare i checkin, ma gli Ospiti saranno comunque coccolati da persone delegate. VOCE COLAZIONE 7 La colazione è inclusa e può essere fatta self service in casa. In cucina sono disponibili: plumcake diversi confezionati, succo di frutta, yougurt, banane, burrini, marmellata, fette biscottate e i soliti drink caffè, latte, cappuccino solubile, thè di vario tipo e tisane. Chi non ha voglia o tempo di prepararsi la colazione, può recarsi in uno dei 2 bar vicino casa e usufruire di cornetto e solito drink tipico della colazione italiana, anche seduti. Non sono autorizzata a fare torte in casa, e me ne spiace, ma la legge dà precise indicazoni su questo. Grazie dell'attenzione. Fernanda.

In particolare il 6 sulla colazione mi ha fatto optare in modo che chi vuole una ricca colazione possa scegliere in autonomia, pagando con lo sconto riservatomi nei bar vicini, mentre in casa ci sono comunque The, tisane, caffè, acqua e biscotti per un momento di relax in qualsiasi ora del giorno. Fernanda, il gestore della struttura, è stata molto premurosa, gentile. Pulizia e cortesia per una struttura ricavata da un appartamento con 3 camere di cui una grande (la mia da 3 pax), un bagno, cucina attrezzata, wi-fi. Posta tra il centro e la stazione ma, praticamente in centro. Fernanda ci ha veramente agevolato in tutto: piantina di Firenze con l'itinerario da fare per 2gg; prezzo onesto. La consiglio sicuramente.

La signora Fernanda ci ha accolte molto cordialmente facendoci sentire a casa e mostrandoci subito cosa vedere nella bella Firenze, posizione centralissima, struttura molto pulita ed ordinata, signora Fernanda disponibilissima a qualsiasi eventuale spiegazione e/o problema, che dire? se dovessimo ritornare a Firenze, ovviamente torneremo a soggiornare lì!!
