Description
The Bed & Breakfast “Ai Cipressi” is a modern B&B decorate in a refined style.

Staying with us you will benefit from an excellent and favorable position; in fact the B&B “Ai Cipressi” is located in a private yard of a quiet area, just 350 meters from the beautiful city walls which surround the historical center of Lucca.

Our rooms are well furnished with comfortable “Queen-size” doublebed. Every room has an independent entrance, private bathroom, independent air-conditioned/heating, hairdryer, satellite tv; free private parking and Wi-Fi Internet connection (on demand).

We have a very pleasant tv-sat living room with internet point and we have a room with bathroom for disabled people.

The B&B “Ai Cipressi” can be easily reached on foot from the railway station of Lucca (1. 5km), from the hospital of Lucca (1. 5km) and the clinic Barbantini (1km).

The hotel has its own free car park and free external parking area and, on request, it is possible to reserve a parking lot in the hotel (pay service).

The B&B “Ai Cipressi” has always been held in high esteem with positive ratings on websites such as Tripadvisor and Trivago. The famous paper guide “Blue Guide” and “Lonely Planet” and even the esteemed magazines “Viaggi e Sapori” and “In Viaggio Journey” singled out the B&B “Ai Cipressi” in their articles.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 3 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged for one night’s stay

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:30 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price

We loved our stay. The brothers were so nice and helped us everyday. Thank you to Daniels beautiful lady for taking us to the train station on time. The only thing that I missed was having a kettle for my evening tea in our room but it was offered In the Lounge. Our maid was very sweet and everything was very clean. We loved our day with the bikes. Thank you guys. Cheryl and Rick Head Canada.

B&B avec parking privé à quelques minutes de marche de la vieille ville. Bon accueil, chambre et salle d'eau spacieuses, confortables et propres. Salle de petit déjeuner agréable et lumineuse, buffet bien garni et varié, personnel discret, efficace et souriant. Seul bémol: l'insonorisation insuffisante des chambres.

Buongiorno, la colazione si può fare a qualsiasi ora, va solamente chiesto, e per colazione abbiamo tantissimi cibi ma non siamo una pasticceria con posti letto. Ieri c'era il concerto di Zucchero pertanto era impensabile trovare camere a buon prezzo, noi abbiamo dato il massimo e lei era soddisfatto stamattina quindi grazie e arrivederci. Saluti. Gabriele.

Struttura molto pulita e proprietari molto disponibili. Colazione buona con prodotti di prima qualità consiglio a chi vuole visitare Lucca il santuario di Santa Gemma (a due passi dalla struttura) Pisa e Viareggio a 30 minuti di macchina.

Rapporto qualità/prezzo non buono perché nel periodo di Lucca comics i prezzi sono stati raddoppiati (1 notte per 4 persone 220 euro). In altri periodi ritengo siano più ragionevoli.

La ricevuta fiscale è stata regolarmente emessa ma non è stata da lei ritirata.
