Good morning. Excellent facility, enviable location with a panorama and tranquility typical of a true B&B, cleanliness and hospitality among the best of all those experienced, spacious and clean rooms with everything functioning: water, drains, services, mini-bar (possibility of using shared kitchen with pots and dishes), ideal for families with children, pets allowed. Rich and abundant breakfast, sweet and savory varied from day to day. Directions for reaching the facility provided by the manager are excellent (do not rely on the navigator). Use of pool and sunbeds, + children's games all included. (They also offer discounts for entries to the nearby spa from 4 to 5 euros per person). Final score 9.5. Recommended.

I couldn't help but give a 10 rating to everything because it truly deserves it, it's a wonderful place, immersed in greenery and tranquility, equidistant from the sea and suggestive historical sites, the owner is an affable, kind, and friendly person always ready to provide useful information and joke around, extremely clean rooms equipped with everything, from television to air conditioning, minibar, not to mention the breakfast (I was amazed by the variety and quality of the food). We had a splendid weekend. I highly recommend it to everyone, both young and old, couples and families with children. We will definitely return.

Perhaps the photos do not do justice to this wonderful corner of paradise. You must spend at least two nights because the breakfast is wonderful and do not expect to find everything that is offered to you, while the second breakfast you will go to eat everything that you could not taste the previous morning. The managers are very welcoming and already from the first minute you feel at home. We stayed in a quadruple room in three with a bunk bed, the ceiling is very high, a window overlooking the park and a clean, spacious and efficient bathroom. The pool is small but well maintained, to be used, however, due to its exposure at certain times of the day. I had brought my road bike with me and was able to leave it inside the little shed where the mountain bikes of the B&B are. Silence reigns supreme at any hour of the day and especially at night. Definitely a vacation to repeat.

The structure is exactly as it appears in the photos: very well-kept both outside and inside, and you can have a delicious and abundant breakfast. We stayed in a room for four people, very spacious and well-kept. The owner is very attentive, kind, and knows how to provide valuable suggestions. Furthermore, she offers discounts for the nearby Terme di Sasseta, which are very scenic, well-kept, and effective, for tasty restaurants, and for the Cavallino Matto playground. The location of the structure is favorable for excursions in the areas of Baratti-Populonia, famous for the sea and the archaeological park. Do not miss the villages of Sasseta and Suvereto, from which you can enjoy beautiful views.
