Very well located in the center, charming places and welcoming reception. The only downside is that the bathroom door does not close very well and the bathroom is not private, this was not mentioned anywhere. Everything else was fine.

The choice to stay at this B&B located in a historic building was more than spot on and allowed us to get around comfortably on foot, reaching every site we planned to visit during our 2-day stay in Turin. The room and bathroom (external but for exclusive use) were very clean. The host was extremely cordial and helpful. We will return and will definitely recommend it.

The property is very beautiful, historic and overall well maintained, in a very convenient location in the centre of Turin, just a few metres from Piazza della Consolata.

The apartment is very beautiful, preserving intact the charm of the 18th-century noble palace in which it is located while offering all the comforts of modern living. Despite the building's central location, the area is quiet; there is no traffic noise and it is extremely easy to park. The welcome was excellent. Thank you, Alex.

It is difficult for me to give a rating to a structure that was not properly a bed and breakfast. I was traveling with my family and we had taken the entire structure. Below are my comments. The apartment is beautiful and in a central and quiet location at the same time. Unfortunately, it was not what I had booked: there was no breakfast or possibility to prepare it, just a kettle for water (which I had to use to heat the milk) and three mini portions of biscuits. There were no utensils (not even spoons to stir the tea), or placemats to place the glasses on. We did not have a fridge available to store what we needed to prepare breakfast or a kitchenette. The owner is a kind person, but I cannot say the same about the young lady who the next day at 10:00 AM arrived without ringing the bell (the bathrooms were far from the rooms so we could have even been in bathrobes) asking us rudely if she could start cleaning one of the rooms while we were trying to enjoy a makeshift breakfast. Clearly, we pointed out the inappropriateness of her request. Therefore, I ask to review the model.

The property is beautiful, a splendid apartment in the heart of the Roman Quadrilatero in Turin. However, the fact that only one room has an en-suite bathroom penalizes it quite a bit. If the exclusive use bathroom were in front of the room, it might still work, but being at the end of the hallway and having to cross the common area to reach it makes it inconvenient and also a bit embarrassing.

Excellent location to visit the city on foot. All services are close by. Very clean and the manager's availability is great. Beautiful lounge to relax and prepare for the city tour. Missing a small corner to prepare breakfast.
