The B&B Villa Addaura is situated in a beautiful location on the seashore at just 10 meters from the sea.

Located in one of the the most suggestive and panoramic points of Mondello’s gulf, the B&B offers visitors an enchanting view of the sea with a wonderful landscape, presenting itself as a true natural oasis away from the traffic and the stress of the city, nestled in the natural reserve of Mount Pellegrino.

At just 5 minutes by car from Mondello, with its picturesque square, numerous restaurants, pubs and shops, and just 10 minutes from the city of Palermo. B&B is near the bus-stops that connect you to the city. The Villa has the direct access to the sea. Being the villa away from the busy areas, you can enjoy the most complete serenity immersed in a relaxing atmosphere.

The villa is disposed on two floors: on the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms (double / twin) tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort, each with private bathroom, air conditioning, heating, ceiling fan and free Wi-Fi internet access; on the ground floor there is the living room, equipped with LCD satellite TV, with adjoining dining room where in the morning will be served a plentiful breakfast with fresh baked good. There are two spacious solarium with sun beds upstairs and downstairs.

Conditions

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 21 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 20 to 19 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 20% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 18 to 8 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 7 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

This is a great B&B - on the ocean, quiet, close to Mondello and relatively close to Palermo. There are a couple of things to consider before renting: 1) the house may not be conducive to someone with mobility issues (it's on three levels without elevator). 2) not all the bedrooms have a bathrooms ensuite, but all the bedrooms have a private bathroom. If these are not that important for you, Villa Addaura is a true little gem. Quiet, clean, with a private parking; the rooms and the terrace overlook the ocean, letting the sound of the waves and the fresh breeze in in the night. Brothers Mario and Saro are great at making your stay as comfortable as possible. Mario is also a great source of local knowledge for things to see and great food to taste - trust him and you will not regret it!

We enjoyed the few days stay in Mario`s Villa Addaura very much. It is a quiet place with a direct sea access and private parking place. Next time when in the area we would like to stay there again!

Mario et Rosario sont à la fois sympathiques serviables et très Pros. Ils sont particulièrement flexibles sur les besoins des clients et sont de bon conseil. L’acces Direct à la mer est très appréciable, le lieu est calme et serein, peu de moustiques. Le seul point un peu négatif est son coté peut être un peu isolé de l’hypercentrr de Mondello.

A charming and peaceful place. Room with a view of the sunrise and sunset to remember. The manager is very helpful in providing useful information on places to visit, restaurants, road routes, and above all impeccable cleanliness and hospitality. B&B bello, pulito. Ci sono 3 camere due doppie vista mare e la tripla vista retro mare (da evitare) quindi occhio a quando prenotate. Solo una doppia ha il bagno in camera ma è la più piccola le altre 2 hanno il bagno privato ma si deve uscire il corridoio per accendere al bagno, un po' scomodo ma nulla di che. I proprietari molto gentili arrivano alle 8: 00 preparano la colazione e rifanno le camere molto accuratamente e verso le 10: 30 se ne vanno. Ampio terrazzo con lettini (4) tavolo e 6 sedie validissima alternativa alla spiaggia che è piccolissima e rocciosa. Mare bello ma adatto a chi sa nuotare, consigliate le scarpette per le rocce. Una piccola critica alla colazione non molto variegata e solo dolce (personalmente non mangio salato a colazione quindi mi andava bene) frutta e succhi, caffè con le capsule buono, abbiamo chiesto dei biscotti e il giorno successivo ce li hanno fatti trovare. Noi non abbiamo usufruito della cucina ma ci hanno detto che se volevamo potevamo usarla anche se non era previsto (molto gentili). Parcheggio privato per 2 auto all'interno della cancellata, abbastanza problematica l'uscita perché a filo di una strada molto trafficata (metà luglio quindi alta stagione) bisogna essere in due per uscire in sicurezza. Lo sceglierei ancora senza alcun dubbio.
