There was a lack of transparency from the b&b managers. I booked at Bed Cinecittà and, once I arrived at the address on the reservation, I was told to move to a completely different place (not too dramatic, it was about a 700-meter walk that, if I had been informed, I would have done directly by metro, getting off one stop later). I appreciated being able to check in an hour earlier than the scheduled time (19), the room was quite clean. What didn't sit well with me is that I had booked a triple room for single use, but I was accommodated in a double room for single use. Not a big deal, it was spacious for one person, but I didn't like booking one service and receiving another (without any explanation, then). Breakfast not provided on the premises as there are no suitable spaces, but in a very close bar, where they were really kind.

Buongiorno purtroppo devo dirle che non e’ andata così La sua prenotazione era per una camera matrimoniale ad uso singola al costo di 60€.. Il fatto che la camera si chiami “ Matrimoniale standard (tripla)” significa che all’interno vi e’ la possibilità di aggiungere un terzo letto. Nel messaggio di conferma legge le informazioni relative alla camera prenotata dove e’ specificato letto matrimoniale. Telefonicamente abbiamo specificato che l’unica disponibilità era nella struttura B&B Cinecittadue a 500 metri ed ha confermato lei stesso. Detto questo mi fa piacere che si e’ trovato bene e la colazione e’ stato di suo gradimento Le auguro una buona giornata

We stayed here for just one night, but we had a great time. The rooms are equipped with all possible comforts (air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi...). Extremely clean place and easy to reach. The staff was also very helpful and polite, they helped us a lot and accommodated any request. Highly recommended!

The room was clean and bright, furnished in a modern way, the recently renovated bathroom was clean and functional, the mattress of the new and very comfortable bed, the air conditioner working as well as the TV. I was satisfied, I will definitely come back.

New structure, furnished just right and equipped with every kind of comfort. Well positioned, a few steps from the metro and in an area rich in services. Neat and clean rooms. Excellent value for money and attentive and helpful management, both during booking and stay. Highly recommended.

Very nice and cozy B&B.\n\nAvailable right away.\n\nLocated a few steps from the metro, surrounded by many bars, and shops.\n\nVery comfortable and spacious room.\n\nIncludes Air Conditioning, Mini Bar (at bargain prices, only 1€ per drink).\n\nVery nice. If I ever need it again.\n\nWe will definitely come back.

Beautiful room with everything needed for a pleasant stay, the rating for breakfast is missing due to a simple misunderstanding but immediately rectified thanks to the owner's availability, nothing negative to say, recommended!

Simple but comfortable accommodation. Clean and spacious room, the mattress is not quite up to par but we slept well. New and very clean bathroom. The manager was efficient and courteous. It is in a great location, in a beautiful building and a few meters from the subway. Also recommended for longer stays (we only stayed one night).

It is really a nice place. The guy was very helpful and allowed us to stay comfortably. Although there was a shared bathroom, it was always very clean and especially large and completely new. The quality-price ratio is really excellent, I recommend it.
