Description
B&B Sibi features a communal balcony overlooking Lake Como. It is 500 metres from Lierna’s centre and a 20-minute drive from Lecco. It offers fully equipped rooms and apartments, with free Wi-Fi.

Overlooking the hills, guest rooms come with air conditioning, simple décor and a private bathroom, internal or external.

An Italian breakfast is served in a buffet style in the common dining room. It can also be enjoyed on the lake-view balcony.

The Sibi guest house is 500 metres from the shores of Lake Como and provides free private parking. The ferries for Bellagio depart from Varenna, 7 km away.

Conditions

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 31 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 30 to 29 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 20% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 28 to 27 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 40% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 26 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.
