When I'm in Rome, I like staying in Ostia because I have easy access to the city center and I am close to the beaches. I also find that the weather is generally better in Ostia than in Rome itself. Le Due Stelle was very pleasant to stay in. Although the host was out of the country at the time I stayed there, I was able to communicate with him easily and immediately via WhatsApp, and his mother performed all the duties of a host. The room was very clean, and my bed was made every day. The bed was comfortable and the whole place was quiet after about 10 p.m. I will definitely try to stay there again next time I'm in Rome.

We stayed for two days at the property choosing the solution with a private bathroom. Very strategic location, very convenient to Ostia Lido Centro station (10 minutes on foot), to the sea (5 minutes on foot) and surrounded by many dining options, close to a supermarket and in front of a pharmacy. The property has an agreement for breakfast with a bar 200 meters away where there is a wide selection of everything, not only for breakfast but also for lunch and dinner, kind and very helpful staff. The rooms are small, some with a private bathroom, others with a renovated and very large shared bathroom. Inside the room, there is a fridge in case you want to bring something or keep water for the night in summer. The manager is very precise and quick in responses. We mostly communicated via WhatsApp but he replies within 5 minutes of the request. For the price you pay, it is definitely an excellent solution in Rome/Ostia. I recommend.

I have not personally stayed, but I booked for a foreign friend who told me she enjoyed her stay at the establishment. The owners were very friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and tidy. Unfortunately, the stay took place on very hot days, the room was exposed to the sun and cooling was provided only by a fan. My friend also suggests increasing the supply of towels in the bathroom, and providing a shower mat to avoid dangerous water stains on the floor. Good value for money.

Just renovated beautiful bathroom with all new furniture, small but essential and welcoming rooms but above all Mr. Sisto is a truly very helpful person, who meets the needs of customers.
