She loves reading and enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, skiing, taiji, and tennis, and is always ready to guide guests through new experiences. Maja, originally from the Canton of Thurgau in Switzerland and wife of her nephew Ermes, brings extensive experience in the hotel industry and speaks several languages, including German, French, and English, in addition to Italian.
