Within a few minutes' walk, they can reach important historical attractions, including the two Decumani, Piazza del Gesù, and Santa Chiara, not to mention the celebration of local traditions along "Via dei presepi" and the mysteries of Naples Underground. Pros: Prompt response to e-mails. Well positioned to get to attractions/ pick up point for day trips (near Bellini Piazza). Spacious rooms with basic and very essential furniture. Good WiFi. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Rooms air conditioned. Lovely roof terraces with views. Helpful, honest, pleasant and courteous hostess who lives on site and is keen to be of assistance. Negative: Extremely noisy street (Via San Sebastiano) at night as there is a disco right opposite, with people making merry and singing and shouting/ screaming in the street, well into the early hours even during week days. If you are an even a moderately light sleeper, you will need to be aware of this and ask specifically to avoid front facing rooms if staying here. I expect rooms not facing the street may be quieter. Breakfast is quite basic, served in plastic plates, no facility to warm / toast breads (which didn't appear to be fresh!) Summary: Overall quite a positive experience as the B&B fitted our main requirements well. If we visit Naples again will be happy to stay here, but only if able to get a room well away from the front of the establishment so that there may be less noise/ disturbance at night.

Very Spartan structure, but very clean, extremely central, very close to areas of both cultural and culinary interest. We were greeted by Mrs. Aline, very kind and helpful, truly exquisite. When I return to Naples, this B&B will be the first place I will contact. Highly recommended.

Excellent stay during the San Francesco festival in San Lorenzo Maggiore. Noble-style room with antique furnishings and truly familiar welcome from Mr. Sebastiano, who introduced us to the hypogeum garden where lemon and vine pergolas, alongside the view of the historic center and the Vomero hill, kept us company during meals and the evening. The proximity to the university area (Piazza Bellini, Via Mezzocannone), Porta Alba, and Piazza Dante is highly appreciated, along with the characteristic Sebastiano street where shops and musical instrument craftsmen are concentrated.

Extraordinary the location that allows you to easily reach different areas of the city. Rich breakfast, not a speck of dust in the spacious rooms, fresh laundry, comfortable heating and the kindness of Mrs. Irina. Only missing the view from the terraces guided by Mr. Sebastiano: on one side a fantastic view of Naples and on the other beautiful plants expertly cared for by him with infinite love. I hope to return.

Excellent value for money. The location of the property allows you to visit the center of Naples on foot and any public transport is very close. The owners and management are very discreet but present. Excellent breakfast both sweet and savory (on request). The only 'negative' note is the great confusion on Friday and Saturday evenings (area frequented by young people). I recommend it very willingly.

Strategic location to visit Naples and its surroundings. Warm, spacious, and clean rooms. In the structure, accessible at any time of the day, there is always a person who welcomes guests. From the breakfast room, you can enjoy a great view of Castel Sant'Elmo. We will come back because in two days we have only tasted what Naples offers. A stone's throw from the DANTE metro, therefore very central and strategic to reach on foot a good part of the most beautiful spots in Naples from Santa Chiara to the Veiled Christ to San Gregorio Armeno! Warm and welcoming management, daily linen change and more than abundant breakfast! In short, a must to recommend and return!
