My house is a portion of terraced house, I built and I live there since 2004 when I realized that was too big for me, I decided to share some space opening my home to people wanting to make an alternative holiday, who love the warmth and the atmosphere in the rooms of a house, instead of choosing to stay at the hotel because of the bond that develops immediately on arrival.

It arrives as a guest and leave as friends.

For as fitted rooms and sharing two bathrooms in the structure I consider it a great accommodation for couples or a small family group. The rooms are equipped with a large terrace.

In the family we are very animal lovers, and for this reason even your Pelosetta friends will be welcomed.

The large terraces of the rooms offer the possibility to remain in relax all day soaking up the sun on loungers or reading a good book.

Hairdryer in each room, toiletries, land information, Wj-fi throughout the house, shelter for bicycles, washing machine and kitchen available on request.

We are always available for any request dictated by special needs

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 14 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:00 AM

I gave 9 because everything was perfect except that we couldn't use the kitchen, obviously due to covid. Place close to everything, 10 minutes from Cervia, 10 minutes from Milano Marittima, etc. Very clean and the lady was very kind.

Situato nell'entroterra, consente di raggiungere Lido di Savio in circa 15 minuti. Ampio parcheggio in strada, la struttura è ben indicata da un cartello all'esterno. Ci accoglie Alessandra che nel tempo libero cura la struttura e gli ospiti. Simpatica e disponibile cerca di venire incontro ad ogni esigenza (nel nostro caso dovevamo fare colazione presto). Le camere sono spaziose e ben tenute, con un ottimo livello di pulizia. I letti sono un po' morbidi, ma ancora sufficienti. Anche i bagni sono molto grandi e tenuti sempre puliti. Unico neo sono le scale che ne impediscono l'accesso a sedie a rotelle e passeggini.

Padrona di casa sempre gentile e disponibile. Struttura ben tenuta e camere molto accoglienti, ambiente più che pulito. I bagni in comune molto spaziosi e sempre perfettamente impeccabili. Colazione abbondante e possibilità di scegliere tra vari prodotti. Ampia possibilità di parcheggio libero davanti alla casa. Se dovessi soggiornare di nuovo nei paraggi lo sceglierei ancora.

La struttura è molto accogliente, ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra. La signora Sandra che la gestisce è molto gentile e disponibile, riesce a mettere tutti a proprio agio. Colazione ottima e abbondante. Pulizia perfetta. Servizi veramente funzionali. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consigliatissimo anche per giovani coppie come noi che cercano un posto tranquillo a soli 10 minuti d'auto dal mare, lontani dal caos ma vicinissimi a Cervia, Pinarella e Milano Marittima! La proprietaria del b6b e una persona molto cordiale e alla mano. La colazione te la prepara in base alle tue richieste. Pulizia ottima, distanza da mi. Ma 10km. Ma con la macchina 10 minuti e arrivi benissimo. Prezzo ottimo. Sicuramente tornero a trovarla.
