Stefania is a great host and made us feel really at home. She even invited us to a lunch with her friends and the food was simply amazing! \nWe received fresh towels every second day and she made our room. We found the location great and loved the small village next to it. Would definitely stay here again!

A great stay with everything you need to feel a little at home. Stefania is very helpful; she prepares a plentiful breakfast according to guests' tastes (savory or sweet) and is always attentive. The property is well maintained and has an excellent sea view with a view of the sunrise. Street parking is always available and Stefania updates almost daily with the best local events and offers suggestions for restaurants and beaches. Highly recommended.

If we could give 100, we would give 100 to everything! Stefania and Marcello are two truly special people. Kind, unobtrusive, and always ready to give great advice. We have no words to thank them for their hospitality. We felt so good that we returned to them 3 times, we visited many bed and breakfasts in Sardinia and the Belvedere La Peonia is number one in every respect. The place is great. Mrs. Stefania is very kind. The breakfast is delicious. The only downside is the bathroom, which, although very clean, is poorly designed: the toilet is placed under the only window, which must remain closed during use. Also, the shower box is uncomfortable. I also suggest to the management to install a roller blind on the terrace to prevent the sea-view room from being exposed to the sun from 6:00 in the morning. That said, I reiterate that the place is excellent and I recommend it to everyone. The quality-price ratio is really good. In other situations, I have spent more without receiving such good service.

Newly furnished B&B structure. Extremely clean and tidy room, equipped with every comfort: hairdryer, TV, minibar, air conditioning, spacious balcony with excellent sea and landscape views. Very comfortable mattresses and pillows. Excellent and very rich breakfast. Stefania, the owner, is friendly and extremely helpful for every need. We felt at home. We will make excellent advertising to friends and acquaintances.

The location is strategic, both for the sea and for exploring the inland territory. Mrs. Stefania, who manages the property, was extremely kind, always available and the atmosphere is familiar, exactly what one would expect from a B&B (but it's not so obvious). So, thank you again.

New structure, very beautiful, the rooms are tidy, quite spacious and comfortable, all equipped with a terrace from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the pond and the sea, watching the sunrise every morning is priceless. The breakfast absolutely commendable! Mrs. Stefania is a very pleasant and helpful person, kind and excellent pastry chef, she has never failed to provide us with a homemade dessert in the morning. She was a present and discreet host. The shared kitchen is a plus, equipped with a microwave and induction hob, it was very useful. Cleanings carried out regularly every three days. Overall we had a very good experience and we highly recommend it.

We spent the first 3 days of our vacation exploring the south of Sardinia in this fantastic B&B, the Belvedere La Peonia. A big thank you to the guesthouse managers! Kind, discreet, and professional. Let's try to be concise and highlight the strengths that we appreciated so much and that made us rate this accommodation at the TOP of the various B&Bs where we have stayed: very nice house, with a fresh appearance but a warm atmosphere, furnished with taste and simplicity; fantastic room, fragrant, with a nice private bathroom, possibility to turn on the air conditioning and with independent access to a pleasant and appreciated private terrace with chairs, a small table, and a wicker rocking chair; you can even see the sea! Comfortable bed, no back pain and that's no small thing! The rooms have access to the common kitchen, where you can use the fridge and where in the morning you find a table set with everything you need for a fantastic Italian breakfast that can be enjoyed at the preferred time (I know that the lady has also prepared to satisfy foreigners who prefer savory): coffee, milk, brioche, typical pastries, homemade cakes, juices, yogurt, cereals, toast, jams, Nutella, etc. Very nice outdoor spaces: worth mentioning the beautiful pergola area where you can use the barbecue and where we spent an evening eating a take-away pizza. Best welcome: the owners are nice, kind but never intrusive. We received many tips (follow them because it's really worth it!).

Stefania, the owner, prepares breakfast for you with homemade cakes, fresh juices, and excellent coffee. Additionally, she can suggest wonderful places for walks or peaceful seaside locations. The area where the B&B is located is not very touristy, which also means more affordable prices. Highly recommended.

Arrived at Belvedere La Peonia, we were fascinated by the view from the terrace of our room. Very beautiful, well-kept, and very clean environment. Abundant breakfast prepared by Stefania, very friendly: we always chatted and got directions on places to see. Anyway, we will return again in September 2014: the Costa Rei area deserves another visit.
