Cerqueto, an old castle built perhaps in oak forests (cerque in Umbrian dialect) in the early Middle Ages, is situated on a picturesque hill in between the valleys of the Tiber and Nestor. Known for being the birthplace of numerous characters including Father Mariangelo by Cerqueto famous worldwide as Friar guess that there rests and Monsignor Giulio Cicioni founder of the Natural History Museum archbishop. The B&B surrounded by woods and olive trees is the ideal base for those who want to combine relaxing moments with the discovery of striking artistic, religious, and cultural. In fact, thanks to its central location you can easily reach cities such as Perugia, Assisi, Spello, Deruta, Todi, Orvieto, Città della Pieve, Trasimeno Lake and Waterfall Marmore. The structure, the entire first floor of a beautiful new villa is situated on top of a hill. The three bedrooms, two with bathroom inside and terrace, all equipped with TV hairdryer and enjoy magnificent views as well as the living room with balcony, where they serve breakfast. The huge garden where children can run and play, a barbecue for outdoor living and dining, mountain biking, made available free for walks in the green Umbria make your stay unforgettable.

We stayed with our 8-year-old son. Very welcoming structure in a stunning and peaceful landscape. Kind and helpful owners, the room and the bathroom were very clean and spacious with a beautiful terrace with a view. Definitely worth coming back and recommending.

Siamo arrivati in questo B&B bello tenuto bene una bellissima posizione. La signora Patrizia ci a accolto molto bene super gentilissima sempre disponibile. Tutto perfetto se passiamo ancora in UMBRIA lo terremo in considerazione. Grazie alla Signora Patrizia.

Siamo stati accolti con gentilezza ed empatia. Il B&B è molto bello sia esternamente che internamente. Si raggiunge Perugia in pochi minuti con la macchina. Abbiamo soggiornato con il nostro cane, un levriero di taglia media, e anche in questo caso l'accoglienza è stata ottima. La camera era bella, pulita ed ampia, con un piccolo balcone privato. Ci tornerò ogni volta che dovremo recarci a Perugia per lavoro o svago.

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato presso la casa fra gli olivi per cinque giorni e ci siamo trovati molto bene sotto tutti i punti di vista. Situata in un luogo tranquillo e strategico ti permette di riposare e allo stesso tempo di raggiungere in breve tempo tutte le località di interesse culturale artistico. Le camere erano pulite e accoglienti, il bagno spazioso e pulito. I titolari della struttura sono estremamente gentili e premurosi pronti a soddisfare tutte le nostre richieste.

Luogo, posizione della struttura, ambiente circostante "ulivi, verde, silenzio, il cantare di uccellini, meravigliose colline umbre, un sole meraviglioso, una piccola vacanza con mia moglie (anniversario 34 anni) indimenticabile, il tutto condito con la cordialità, gentilezza, simpatia di Patrizia. Ottima location, situata nel centro del raggio dei comuni di interesse turistico. La proprietaria è gentile e molto attenta alle richieste degli ospiti. La pulizia è ineccepibile e la tranquillità del posto rurale è assoluta. Mi sento senz'altro di segnalarlo come più che ottimo!
