The B&B, situated at the first floor of an eighteenth century building, is very bright and quiet, with high ceilings and a nice view on the garden. The entire structure was completely restored in 2011, endowing our B&B with door openings of 90 cm in order to grant access to guests with limited mobility. The apartment is composed of 3 bedrooms, two with own bathroom on the inside and one with bathroom on the outside but with exclusive use. Furthermore, there is a large common lounge with kitchen where you can have your breakfast enjoying the garden view.

Conditions

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 14 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Check-out before 10:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM
Municipal tax of €4.00 per person per night is applicable up to 7 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 12 do not pay municipal tax

The interior is thought out to the smallest detail, very clean, and a magnificent view of the garden from the room. Comfortable bed. Of the minus - audibility in the room, sounds from the corridor are quite audible inside the room. Otherwise a great stay. I could recommend this place!

Silenziosa e accogliente. La camera “oceano”, grande e comoda. Il proprietario cordiale e gentile. Un ottimo posto in una buona zona residenziale poco fuori dal centro storico. Consigliato.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questo appartamento per soli due notti ma è stato sufficiente per godersi l'ottimo servizio offerto da Luigi, il responsabile dell'appartamento. Pulitissimo e servito di qualsiasi cosa utile alla nostra permanenza, io e la mia amica ci siamo trovate splendidamente. Nonostante la posizione poco centrale, è anche ottimamente servita e comunque comoda anche per una passeggiata verso il centro di circa 20 minuti. Insomma, tutto perfetto! Grazie Luigi!

B&B carinissimo in tutti gli aspetti sia di accoglienza sia riguardo la stanza. Tutto pulito. Il bagno esterno alla camera è comunque comodo e grande. Buona la colazione. Posizione buona, in 10 minuti con i mezzi si arriva in centro. Consigliatissimo.

Ho soggiornato con due amiche per una notte nella camera Oceano. La camera è spaziosa, pulitissima e molto luminosa. Il B&B Chez Moi è curato nei minimi dettagli, con un gran gusto nell'arredamento l'atmosfera è molto familiare e i proprietari sono gentilissimi ci si sente come a casa propria. La struttura è ubicata in una zona residenziale bella e molto tranquilla. Si trova Vicino allo stadio di Firenze ideale quindi per partite e concerti, ma anche di facile accesso al centro. Ritorneremo sicuramente. Valutazione eccellente.
