Host was great. Always available to answer questions and help. I needed to be high on the hill of the old city near the duomo and the location was perfect. It was also quiet and out of the buzz and traffic of the lower city. Continental breakfasts were available at bars just a few steps from the hotel: both had indoor and outdoor tables with wonderful views of the old city. The service was friendly and the breakfast perfect for my needs and tastes. But for those looking for more than a continental breakfast, keep this in mind.

Great location, spotlessly clean accommodation. Comfortable bed. Very helpful host, Roberta went out of her way to help and offer advice. Breakfast is at one of two cafes very close by. Both very good. Can highly recommend this property. Rooftop terrace a very pleasant addition.

We stayed twice at Residenza Kastrum in September and October 2020. It was really easy to communicate with Michele also in advance as we wanted to confirm few things before bookings. He was really friendly. Room and bathroom were big. Everything was clean etc. It was nice bonus that there was roof terrace where got to smoke and see nice views to the city. Location was really good as well. Because of covid-19 we got breakfast ticket to cafeteria that is next to cathedral.

Very well located hotel, in the historic center, beautiful large room, very quiet. We didn't use the terrace, as unfortunately it is not well advertised and we only saw it at the time of departure.

I couldn't get the wifi in my room (had to go to the hallway). Breakfast to be taken outside and too simple (just a coffee and a croissant). I had to pay for an orange juice or a second croissant.

Great address and well located to easily visit Cagliari on foot. The room is spacious and the terrace is fantastic. The little attentions of coffee, tea, sweets, and bottles of water in the room are truly a plus. We received all the information to retrieve the keys and access the room independently.

Le -: la personne chargée de nous accueillir nous demande la veille vers quelle heure on pense arriver, nous disons entre 18 et 19h, et effectivement nous arrivons à 18h30. dommage, cette personne n'est pas présente et une fois que nous l'avons contacté, elle nous dit qu'elle arrive au plus vite. ça peut arriver mais fatigués après une bonne journée de tourisme, devoir attendre avec les bagages au pied de l'immeuble dans une rue étroite, c'est dommage les +: en dehors de ça, tout est très bien, clair que ça soit le fonctionnement des locaux, les explications de choses à voir dans le quartier ou se restaurer.. la veille, on nous donne des explications claires et précises sur comment rejoindre la structure à pied car se trouvant dans le coeur du quartier du castello, on ne peut y aller en voiture, mais on peut la poser sur un boulevard gratuitement entre 5 et 10 min belle et grande chambre spacieuse petit déjeuner complet et très satisfaisant en qualité/quantité le vrai + de cet établissement, le petit déjeuner prenable en terrasse sur les toits avec vue sur la cathédrale, la mer, la ville..ainsi que son emplacement au coeur du castello qui autorise ainsi toutes sortes de visites.

The presence of the lift is useful for those with heavy luggage. Lovely the small common terrace above the rooftops with a 360° view. We took advantage of the last-minute offer, so the price/offer ratio was particularly interesting. Parquet in the room and marble in the bathrooms.

After some communication problems upon our arrival, we finally very much appreciated our stay at Residenza Kastrum. The place couldn't be better, the views are wonderful. The breakfast is too simple, just a coffee and a croissant.

I have been to Cagliari twice and always chosen Residenza Kastrum. Nice room in a quiet area despite being in the historic center. Panoramic terrace overlooking the city. Kindness and availability of Roberta, the owner, always ready to help me with any need. Breakfast at the bar nearby (you can choose between 2 bars); included in the rate a croissant and a drink.

I must say that Roberta in the reception, booking, and assistance service is excellent. The Residenza Kastrum is very nice, perhaps in need of some updating. The location is lovely and the view is beautiful. We will come back!

The only downside is the breakfast in an external bar, perhaps it is a solution for the winter period, everything else is great.

The suite where my wife and I stayed is not a room but a real apartment. Refined, elegant, equipped with every comfort. Breathtaking panoramic view. Only downside is the breakfast not on site.

Michele è un ragazzo attento, professionale, gentile, cortese, cura il cliente in tutto. Struttura bellissima, ho alloggiato nella suite con vista sul porto potendo godere anche di un meraviglioso tramonto. Se vi capita di andare a Cagliari non esitate a prenotare in questa struttura. Eccellente

Michele è un oste perfetto e gentile. Il posto è comodo per visitare il centro, ottima posizione di fronte alla cattedrale. Carinonil terrazzo. Camere pulite e possibilità di fare il caffè-the in autonomia. Colazione cappuccino e brioche al bar sotto la cattedrale.

Location centralissima, pulitissima e con un vista su Cagliari da togliere il fiato. Il gestore è stato gentilissimo e di una disponibilità unica. Migliorabile solo la colazione (non imputabile alla struttura) che per cause Covid non è servita in struttura ma viene rilasciato voucher per un bar poco distante ma con un servizio migliorabile. Del resto voto 10 e lode.

Il breve soggiorno è stato piacevolissimo ho trovato una struttura impeccabile per pulizia ed un ambiente esteticamente perfetto. Ottima ristrutturazione, ben amalgamato l'antico e la praticità del moderno. Affascinante la vista dalla terrazza sui tetti. Unico piccolo neo la colazione, suggerisco dei prodotti locali che sicuramente non mancano. Iniziare la giornata con del buon pecorino e prosciutto locale sarebbe il top. Farò del tutto per tornare al più presto per godere ancora della splendida location e della bella Cagliari!

La struttura è curata e pulita. Bellissima la veduta panoramica che si può osservare dalla terrazza. La posizione centralissima. Il gestore cordialissimo e pronto a venire incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti. Siamo stati benissimo.

Il B&B si trova in una posizione spettacolare, la camera arredata con gusto e provvista di ogni confort. Michele, il gestore è di una gentilezza e disponibilità veramente squisite. Buona la colazione.

Buona la posizione centralissima. La colazione è però da rivedere, sia nella qualità sia soprattutto nella gestione, poiché ognuno si deve preparare la propria e si genera una discreta confusione, anche perché il locale è molto piccolo.

Kastrum è un luogo splendido. La struttura si trova in una posizione incredibile, sul bordo di Piazza Palazzo, in un edificio storico restaurato con cura e gusto. Il gestore gentilissimo e disponibile. Una sola pecca: la colazione. Se si escludono i dolci fatti in casa, il resto dell'offerta è appena sufficiente e stona con il tenore della struttura. Credo che se anche si dovessero rivedere leggermente al rialzo le tariffe, l'immagine complessiva ne guadagnerebbe notevolmente.

Très beau B&B en plein cœur de Cagliari. La vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique tout comme l'ensemble du bâtiment. Michele est un hôte très attentionné qui nous a accueilli avec gentillesse et bienveillance. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et la propreté irréprochable! A ne pas manquer à Cagliari!

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 giorni presso questa struttura molto elegante e confortevole sotto ogni aspetto. Siamo stati accolti con molta cortesia e disponibilità. Colazione ottima con prodotti freschi; camera spaziosa e pulita; bellissima vista sul centro storico e sul porto dal terrazzino sui tetti. In pieno centro e facilmente raggiungibile dal parcheggio a pagamento (6 € al giorno). Wifi funzionante. Consigliatissimo!

Loved it! We stayed for 3 nights and everything was perfect. Very well located, about 5 minutes from Piazza Yenne. Roberta was an excellent host, always available. The room was spacious and equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely come back.
