My wife and I stayed here for 6 nights. It was fantastic. Ilaria and her family made us feel very welcome. She even shared some of her wonderful home-made bread and cakes with us, they were delicious. The apartment was clean and modern. A perfect place to relax with a glass of wine after a day exploring the Tuscan countryside. The town has a few family-run restaurants which are great value and serve great food. We loved our time in Tuscany, thank you Ilaria for your gracious hospitality.

It was truly a discovery, beautiful of course. It's been two years since I had to, and wanted to, have thermal treatments at Terme di Rapolano and I had never considered Serre di Rapolano, which I know well for its beauty and 'chic' and which I thought was too expensive for my budget. Here at Casa Titty I was proven wrong and I am happy about it. Truly a fairytale place with an incredible quality/price ratio in 'my' Tuscany now dominated by a hit-and-run tourism or by agriturismos with many stars. And then to find a host like Ilaria, a truly special person who knows... everything :D. In September I will do the second round of treatments and as soon as I have the exact dates,... I will run to book with Ilaria. Don't miss out on this gem.

Ilaria is an impeccable, attentive and courteous host. She takes into account all requests and provides a house complete with everything, where you can perfectly organize meals independently. The bedroom is quiet and comfortable, while the new bathroom with shower is beautiful. We didn't miss anything, the weekend flew by!

We stayed at this property in late October 2022. We had a great time, Ilaria and her husband were very kind and super friendly, and we truly felt at home. The B&B is in a great location, an independent solution as it is actually a spacious apartment, close by are the beautiful thermal baths of Rapolano. Wonderful panorama, we really appreciated the autumn colors since we were surrounded by a forest but close to the town and then... how can we not mention Ilaria's fantastic tart! Thank you for everything... we truly felt at home and hope to return soon!

Short but truly pleasant stay. Welcomed by Ilaria: a perfect and friendly host. She takes care of her guests in every detail. Makes you feel comfortable right away. Self-contained apartment, very clean and well equipped with everything and more. Located in a strategic position to go to the Thermal Baths and to visit the surroundings. The tart prepared by Ilaria for breakfast was delicious. Also, the rose cutting she gave us upon departure was highly appreciated. When I return to the area, it will be our reference point. I can tell you that the apartment is very nice, new, clean, located in a very suggestive place, in a center with good thermal baths for families (Antica Querciolaia), strategically located between Siena and Arezzo. But the real strength is Ilaria and Stefano, a couple who made us feel not only guests, but friends, family people, almost like at home. Thank you again.

Nice structure that, thanks to its high position, offers you a suggestive panorama. We had a great time: Ilaria, the owner, showed great availability towards any of our needs and above all proved to be an excellent cook (the pie was very good). Accurate cleaning, plentiful breakfast that in our opinion are in line with the price requested. If the opportunity to stay in this area again arises, we will definitely return.

I stayed 4 days at Casa Titty with my husband and our dog Missi. We had a great time, it feels like home. Ilaria, the owner, is very kind and caring, always ready and attentive to the guests' needs. An excellent cook, she prepared delicious pastries for breakfast, careful to make them gluten-free as I had requested. The structure was recently renovated and very well maintained, clean and tidy. She even acted as a dog-sitter for our little dog. We will definitely come back.

Located in a very beautiful and characteristic village, the property enjoys a breathtaking view, Sienese hills. From the same, it is easy to reach the tourist locations in the area. A truly delightful stay. Meeting Ilaria is like seeing a cousin you haven't seen in a while. You immediately feel at home. The little apartment is lovely, and it's located in a strategic position to visit the surroundings. This is a structure that I highly recommend, due to its position in the countryside (I finally slept without noise until 9:30, a miracle for me coming from the city!), for its proximity to everything (tourist cities and thermal baths) but especially for Ilaria, who makes you feel so at ease that she seems to be the guest! Try it to believe it.

My boyfriend and I stayed just one night here at Casa Titty, from Saturday 07/12 to Sunday 08/12, but we were pleasantly impressed by the kindness and hospitality of the owners, truly friendly people. The apartment was very clean, warm, and very welcoming, with everything we needed (brand new hairdryer, functioning TV!). For breakfast, Ilaria brought us two delicious tarts made by her, and there was really everything and more at home! Completely satisfied, I hope to be able to return soon!

I stayed last week for just a couple of days at Casa Titty. My friend and I had a great time: the apartment is really beautiful, clean, and has everything you need. It is equipped with everything that can be useful in a real home, from cleaning products, to the television (working and new), to the ion hairdryer. Anyway, apart from this, we felt really good, we felt like it was our home. Ilaria even prepared dinner for us. We felt at home. The only downside is the road to get there, unfortunately, we are used to every comfort in the city but after the first day I was already at ease and driving without problems (it is a very short stretch anyway, but since I am not very experienced at driving...). I highly recommend this structure, especially for the friendliness of the manager (not so easy to find).

I stayed in this lovely B&B for only one night but I would have stayed much longer if I could. The structure is new, clean, and well-equipped. Our accommodation was a real apartment with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and garden. The kitchen had everything needed to make a nice breakfast whenever we wanted, and the fantastic owner, very kind, prepared a magnificent tart for us. I swear. Spectacular. It would be worth returning just for that. Good location also for the thermal baths, which can be reached in a few minutes by motorcycle in my case. Highly recommended.
