A very positive experience, absolutely recommended. We stayed at Mrs. Maria and her husband's B&B and felt welcomed like family from the start. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very well maintained. The breakfast is excellent and is served in a warm and welcoming setting that truly conveys a sense of home. A special thanks to Mrs. Maria for her kindness and great availability, especially for the attention shown at breakfast also for those who, like me, are lactose intolerant. A stay we will happily carry in our hearts.

Super positive experience at Mrs. Maria's B&B, the hostess, and her husband! The rooms were clean and comfortable, nothing was missing. Everything was taken care of in detail. Not to mention the beautiful and delicious breakfast. Mrs. Maria welcomed us as if we had known each other forever, and in fact we felt right at home! There is little to do, a holiday is remembered not so much for the history and culture of the territory, but for the people you meet along the way. Staying at Mrs. Maria's Bed and Breakfast was a memorable experience. The breakfasts she prepared for us were fantastic: abundant, special, different every day, and full of the scent of true Tuscany. And then the welcome she gave us, the advice on where to have lunch and dinner, what to visit, the anecdotes about the territory and the things to see... precious and unique precisely because they come from someone who has lived there for generations. Not far from the center of Arezzo, located in a quiet and peaceful place, Mrs. Maria welcomed us showing us the room I had booked. Kindness and love for her work are to be appreciated and then the room is lovely, very clean and bright! The bathroom, in our case, was outside the room but it didn't create any problem for us. Spacious shower and everything very clean. The breakfast, then, was the best! Sweet, savory, cakes, crostini with homemade jams, too bad I didn't take a picture! If we go back to those areas, we will definitely go back to her! We felt at home. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts Maria!

The last three nights of 2018 at the B&B Casa delle Rose di Maria were really enjoyable, thanks to the excellent hospitality, even in the details. It is worth mentioning, first and foremost, the extraordinary morning treat of the abundant and delicious breakfast prepared by Maria, very attentive to accommodating our tastes and needs. But we must also remember the punctual cleanliness of the premises, located in a very quiet area within a well-kept and welcoming residential context. The stay was made even more pleasant by the kindness and courteous attentions of the hosts, who welcomed us like an old couple of friends, even though they did not know us at all.
