The bed and breakfast Il Boschetto is located in the charming coastal town of Porto Sant 'Elpidio that, with its approximately 8 km of beaches, is the ideal destination for a seaside tourism away from the chaos of conventional tourist spots.

Superbly located, adjacent to the highway and a few steps from the sea, The Grove has the singularity to arise in harmony with nature while being in the immediate vicinity of the city center and succeeding citizen, therefore, to ensure a peaceful and relaxing without giving up the sun at the beach and the nightlife, regularly offered by the many local river.

The strategic and privileged position of our structure is also the ideal solution for any type of vacation, the Grove is in fact is also a great starting point for a long journey to discover the beauty of the Marches through itineraries for all tastes and needs.

The bed and breakfast, family managed, is located on the ground floor of a detached house and has a large private garden open to use by our guests. The spacious rooms that compose it are all equipped with en suite facilities, minibar, TV and safe.

Everything is organized in a warm family environment in true tradition of Bed and Breakfast.

I stayed with my partner for a week and we were pleasantly impressed by this location. The room was very large with a beautiful bathroom. Good breakfast with some homemade cakes by the very kind lady. The property is very close to the highway exit, near the sea and other towns. Maybe another time, if we decide to return to the sea in the Marche, we'll know where to go. Highly recommended.

We stayed as guests at B&B Il Boschetto and were extremely satisfied. The facility is taken care of in every detail, spotless and welcoming, with a family atmosphere that made us feel at home right away. The location is excellent, convenient for reaching places of interest and the highway. The breakfast was abundant and delicious, with fresh products. B&B close to the highway exit, great for stopovers during long trips. Supermarkets and shops nearby, even though it is not in the village (which is still not far away, as is the sea). Spacious rooms with air conditioning and refrigerator. Friendly and helpful owners. Parking on site.

We stayed one night on our way back from vacation. The structure, although not new, is located very close to the highway exit and a few minutes from the waterfront of Porto Sant'Elpidio. The lady who welcomed us was exceptionally courteous and kind, making us feel completely at ease. The rooms, although not new, were very clean, comfortable and the bathroom was complete with every comfort. The structure has a private internal parking lot which is not a small thing for those traveling with a lot of luggage. The breakfast completes the stay, offering you fantastic homemade pastries from the hostess who makes you feel like family. We will definitely return and will not hesitate to recommend it to friends and acquaintances.

Very kind managers, structure immersed in greenery, great availability, abundant breakfast personally served by the owner, very large and spacious room with both a bathtub and a separate shower in the bathroom. Welcoming family management. Cleanliness, courtesy, and simplicity characterize it. The villa, easily reachable from the motorway exit, is located in the area of shopping and industrial centers. The room, with an attached bathroom, was simple but well maintained and comfortable. Parking is available within the private area of the Bed and Breakfast.

Great stop if you are traveling. Of course, it is also fine if you want to stay for a few days at the sea. Very convenient because it is located at the exit of the highway but in the right position to be quiet in silence, as the structure is definitely immersed in greenery. The owner we met was very kind, as was her son, Mr. Luca, with whom we spoke on the phone with extreme kindness. Highly recommended. Breakfast is good and abundant, even though it is only sweet, but it is understandable.

We stayed only for one night as a stopover to break a long journey. A few kilometers from the motorway exit. We found availability for the arrival times, cleanliness, and courtesy. The rooms are simple but comfortable, cool, and quiet, equipped with air conditioning. Comfortable beds, pillows a little less so. The breakfast is only sweet but well assorted. The owners are very friendly.

Big and quite clean room, too bad I killed at least a dozen mosquitoes and tiny little bugs. Since there was a mosquito net, there shouldn't have been so many mosquitoes. Delicious homemade breakfast. The owner is very kind.

I stayed three nights in this structure, together with my husband and our 13-year-old daughter. The managers are very kind, helpful and ready to help and/or give useful information. The welcome was exceptional and the breakfast plentiful and tasty. \n\nAn extremely important aspect is that, by informing them beforehand, they provided gluten-free products for my daughter, who is celiac. The room and bathroom were truly large, spacious, comfortable, and, above all, very clean. \n\nThe garden is a real gem, well-kept and delightful. The location is strategic, in a few minutes by car we were at the baseball field, the reason for our visit, at the sea, in the city center, at Conad, at Eurospin, and at the shoe outlets.\n\nThank you very much for your hospitality. We hope to see you again next year.

It is an excellent stopover structure for crossing Italy. The place is located away from noise and very close to the highway exit. As personal advice, the breakfast should be enriched with something savory and fresh bread: there are too many packaged products. For me, it is not a suitable structure for more than one night.

We are a family with 1 child and 1 newborn, we stayed for a few hours because we were just passing through. We really liked the structure for the immense greenery around it and the very good breakfast (Italian style, only fresh fruit was missing). Room and bathroom are really spacious and clean. Very clean facility and very welcoming and kind staff. The building, although old, looks good and especially very clean (fundamental aspect). Comfortable and spacious room. Recommended.

It's the second time I stay here, very convenient for those like me, leaving from the north to go to the south and vice versa, very close to the highway entrance, breakfast with choice, very good cappuccino and brioche, Mrs. Lucia very kind, very spacious and clean room and bathroom.

I stayed just one night with my family, but it was enough to recommend this little place away from traffic and close to the sea, clean and welcoming. The owner is very kind, makes excellent cakes for breakfast, very abundant and varied. The rooms are spacious and with every comfort.

The structure is very welcoming with warm owners. The bed is located near the exit of the motorway toll booth of Porto Sant'Elpidio (FM). It is a bit far from the center on foot, but by car it can be reached in about 5 minutes. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to immerse themselves in the relaxation of a structure surrounded by the greenery of the garden.
