Highly recommend Hakka House if you visit Rome. It's located close to bus and underground connections that'll bring you right to the city center in a few minutes. The B&B is really cozy and quiet and the room spacious. Simona is a great host, very accommodating and always there if you have questions or need help. We'll stay again on our next trip!

We enjoyed our recent stay at Hakka House. The apartment was incredibly clean and comfortable. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms and air conditioners. Simona was a great host and provided us with good restaurant suggestions and was very responsive with any questions that we had. We especially loved the neighborhood and found a few places on our own that were great - Buono was a short walk from Hakka and we had a great dinner there and it wasn’t at all touristy.

6 nights spent at Hakka House. Simona welcomed us well and was always very helpful. Clean room, small but with a perfect bathroom. The metro is really close by (1 minute walk)! Personally, I find the bed a bit average and you can hear the neighbors upstairs a bit. I still recommend this place. Thank you again Simona for your kindness.

We stayed for four nights at Hakka House. The location is perfect, right by the metro, direct connection to the airport, and the bus stops almost at the door. The room is nicely furnished and very clean. Although Simona was unexpectedly away, the self-check-in went smoothly, and Simona was very concerned to know if everything was okay. Highly recommended for an overnight stay!

We returned from a truly fantastic weekend in Rome, thanks also to the location of the bed and breakfast Hakka House, which is very convenient for visiting Rome both on foot and by subway. It is very convenient because there is a shopping area and many nice places to eat or enjoy desserts. Simona is a very friendly person from the first phone contact until the end of my Roman stay. She pays attention to the smallest details, the house is very functional and we were very satisfied because it was all for us with two bathrooms and water and coffee available during our stay, which is very rare. We felt at home right away and the advice on restaurants and places near the structure, which are a little outside of Rome, was very useful. Definitely recommended and worth returning because Rome stays in your heart, and Simona and her husband were very hospitable.

I stayed for 4 nights and had a great time. Large room, very clean, brand new and also very clean bathroom. A perfect area with very frequent transport (both metro and bus) and very close to the Hakka House (in a few minutes you are at Termini or in the center). Simona, the owner, is a very kind person, she waited for me with a smile even though I arrived much later than expected. I have a gluten intolerance and she did everything so that I can have a good breakfast, even cooking a gluten-free cake. It was a real pleasure and this Hakka House will undoubtedly be my point of return every time I come to Rome. Thanks again, Simona. Nicole.

We spent two days at Hakka House. Upon arrival, we had a wonderful welcome and found a friendly atmosphere. The structure is modern and youthful, very well maintained and very clean. We stayed in four (two couples) in this delightful, quiet, comfortable, spotless apartment that was recently renovated with love and attention to detail. It felt like being at home. The owner, Simona, is truly a wonderful person, available, with genuine kindness, attentive and caring without being intrusive. She welcomed us along with her husband, and a very friendly relationship was immediately established. Both also made sure to say goodbye to us at departure, asking for advice and suggestions, all during a very pleasant chat as if we were old friends. The house is a real gem, every detail reflects the passion and enthusiasm that the owner puts into managing her guests' stays. The location is quite central and very close to the metro. I highly recommend Hakka House and I intend to return for sure.
