Yes, thanks to its location, this accommodation has some qualities, it is on the ground floor of a very narrow alley. It is therefore very dark and humid. Very poorly soundproofed, it allowed us to hear a dog barking all night followed by a child's crying. The furnishings, more than succinct, even insufficient, are of very poor quality: only one shelf available, the others are occupied by bedspreads, pillows, and cleaning equipment. The welcome was hasty, the owner evidently was only waiting for one thing: assurance that the entire rental would be paid immediately in cash. The minimum is not even guaranteed: for example, no renewal of toilet paper. As for the after-sales service... it is non-existent since the owner does not deem it necessary to respond to the emails sent to him. Fortunately, the weather was good.

The property is in a nice area, very close to the S. Stae vaporetto stop. Nice bars, cafes, and markets nearby. The manager is kind and helpful. The B&B Venice is in a historic building. The decor is simple but quite well-kept. Excellent value for money. I would go back.

Good structure in a great location near a stone's throw from the vaporetto stop. We stayed 2 nights and would have appreciated the towel change that didn't happen but we are still satisfied. To recommend.

I highly recommend, a stone's throw from the ferry stop, in a quiet and peaceful yet central area, not too far from the train station (we walked both on arrival and departure), the room was clean and spacious, we had a great time, there was a map of the city and bathroom products in the room, the owner was very kind.

Perfect and well-served location. New, clean, and tidy. The owner is very kind and very helpful in listening to our needs. Breakfast not provided by the B&B but mentioned upon booking. Pity. I would have given a 10. Perhaps a bit pricey in relation to the service received.

My boyfriend and I stayed for two nights in a double room at this B&B Venice. Nicola was very kind and helpful right from the start, welcoming us promptly and providing us with any useful information, also suggesting a suitable itinerary to see as much of the city as possible in two days. Friendly and helpful. Very cozy and clean room. Recommended.

A beautiful room, warm (even during cold late winter days) and cozy. With a complete but tiny bathroom. Very close to the San Stae vaporetto and Rialto Bridge. The owner was cooperative. Too bad about the absence of a TV which, being an elderly couple, we would have appreciated.

The house is strategically centered in the San Stae area from were you can reach the historic center with just a few minutes of walking or via the "Vaporetto".

"Vaporetto" is the local way of public transportation.

We are only 8 min from the railway or 10 min from the car parking via the Vaporetto. If you’d rather walk, you can reach Rialto’s Bridge in 8 min and San Marc Square in 20 min.
The Accademia and the Guggenheim Gallery is in 20min via the Vaporetto.
