Facciamo l'appunto che da noi avete alloggiato dal 15/8 al 16/8 e non dal 16/8 al 18/8, probabilmente questa recensione non è rivolta alla nostra struttura. In caso, invece, fosse rivolta veramente a noi, ci dispiace e sorprende molto leggere questo giudizio attribuito alla nostra colazione, questo in quanto è uno degli aspetti che curiamo maggiormente nel nostro B&B. Dolci, torte, crostate, biscotti, muffin e quant'altro, vengono rigorosamente fatti in casa da noi a cadenza quotidiana e variati di giorno in giorno, aspetto rinvenibile in tutte le recensioni che abbiamo avuto fino ad oggi. Le uniche cose definite "industriali" nelle nostre colazioni sono le fette biscottate (tra l'altro di una nota marca di prodotti da forno), le marmellate e le nutelle monoporzione, che ogni persona è liberissimo di scegliere o meno, visto che si tratta di un buffet aperto a tutti. L'aspetto più sorprendente è che voi stessi, sia a fine colazione, che al momento del check-out, ci avete rivolto i complimenti anche per l'ottima colazione che è stata servita. Ad ogni modo speriamo di incontrare maggiormente i vostri gusti alla prossima occasione e vi ringraziamo per la recensione ricevuta. Au cas où, cependant, il était vraiment destiné à nous, nous sommes très désolés et très surpris de lire ce jugement attribué à notre petit-déjeuner, c'est l'un des aspects qui nous préoccupent le plus dans notre B & B. Les desserts, les gâteaux, les tartes, les biscuits, les muffins, etc. sont rigoureusement faits maison à la maison chaque jour et varient d'un jour à l'autre, un aspect que l'on retrouve dans tous les avis que nous avons reçus jusqu'à aujourd'hui. Les seules choses définies comme "industrielles" dans nos petits déjeuners sont les biscottes (entre autres choses d’une marque de produits de boulangerie bien connue), les confitures et les nutella en portion unique, que chaque personne est libre de choisir ou non, d'un buffet ouvert à tous. L'aspect le plus surprenant est que vous, à la fin du petit-déjeuner et au moment du départ, nous avez donné leurs compliments pour l'excellent petit-déjeuner servi. Cependant, nous espérons mieux répondre à vos goûts à la prochaine occasion et nous vous remercions de la critique reçue.

Super Bed and Breakfast! Very clean, comfortable, with parking and a fabulous breakfast. Not only is it abundant and varied, but everything is homemade. Excellent! The property is new and suitable for families, children, and strollers. There are no architectural barriers. Nearby there are shops, supermarket, delicatessen (excellent), and ATM.

The B&B part of the structure is located on the ground floor of a house where the owners live on the upper floor. The bedroom where we stayed has an exclusive bathroom, is spacious, and well-maintained. From a hygiene point of view, nothing to complain about. My wife and I only met a lady who managed our arrival and breakfast. This was sufficient. We appreciated two cakes, evidently made by the lady herself. A bit less the rusks, which seemed outdated. Justifying the adequacy of breakfast, only considering the Covid period and low season. The "right price" for such a treatment would have been 50 euros (for two) and not 60, as I actually paid (and without a receipt...).

Tuttavia ci rammarica apprendere dell'attribuzione di una "sufficienza" alla colazione, visto il citato apprezzamento per le due torte preparate, nonché l'alto livello di attenzione che vi dedichiamo sia nella preparazione, che negli ingredienti utilizzati. Ne sono testimoni i tanti clienti affezionati, che ringraziamo, e le numerose recensioni ricevute. Per ultimo, circa il prezzo, si precisa che la scelta della camera da € 60 è stata da voi optata in quanto dotata di servizi interni, differentemente da quella da € 50. La cura che abbiamo dedicato al vostro soggiorno e la preparazione della colazione ci ha distolto nella consegna della richiamata ricevuta, rimasta sulla nostra scrivania e ce ne scusiamo. Se la gradisce chiediamo gentilmente di scriverci e provvederemo tempestivamente ad inviarle una scansione della stessa. Nella speranza di avervi nuovamente come nostri ospiti, cogliamo l'occasione per inviare i nostri più cordiali saluti. B&B Cinque Pini.

Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibilissimi, ci siamo trovati tutti molto bene. La proprietaria si è mossa addirittura nel giorno di ferragosto per prendere prodotti senza lattosio per me che sono intollerante. Vicino a Mirabilandia e di facile accesso. Consiglio la struttura vivamente e capitando una seconda opportunità in zona, di sicuro ritorneremmo da loro!

Abbiamo pernottato solamente due notti sufficienti però a conoscere i gestori molto simpatici e disponibili ci hanno fatto sentire a casa nostra! La zona molto tranquilla ottima per staccare la spina, comodissima per raggiungere Mirabilandia! Le stanze non molto grandi ma al tempo stesso comode, pulite e con i comfort necessari per una famiglia. La signora Viviana ha preparato per noi degli ottimi dolci e delle abbondanti colazioni ! Consigliatissimo.

Ottima struttura, pulita e comoda per la dimensione delle stanze. Circondata dal verde ed in zona tranquillissima, situata nelle immediate vicinanze del parco divertimenti di Mirabilandia. Titolari dotati del "calore e cortesia" tutto romagnolo. Colazione abbondante, realizzata rigorosamente in casa e servita in giardino. Ha tutto per poterci tornare in futuro. Grazie.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia. Il gestione è stato disponibile e gentilissimo. Poco distante da Mirabilandia offre una grande tranquillità perché inserito in un contesto molto distante dal caos. Colazione servita sul posto molto buona Ottima la pulizia.

Ottima posizione e molto tranquilla, immersa nel verde e vicina a Mirabilandia e a Ravenna con i suoi fantastici mosaici. Ambienti puliti e curati nei particolari e poi la colazione da favola con torte e biscotti fatti in casa, i gestori, bravissime persone, gentili e molto cordiali. Ottimo B&B situato in un enorme spazio verde a pochi minuti da mirabilandia! Gentilissimi i proprietari antonio e il padre Annibale che la mattina preparano delle magnifiche colazioni abbondantissimi e delle torte magnifiche! Torneremo sicuramente.

Sono stata con i miei figli di cui una disabile non abbiamo trovato nessuna difficoltà. Ambiente amichevole immerso nel verde e nella tranquillità. Le torte della colazione fatte dalla padrona di casa squisite. A pochi km da tutto Mirabilandia Ravenna Rimini etc. Grazie, torneremo sicuramente.

Ho soggiornato solo una notte con mia sorella e altre due amiche per andare a Mirabilandia che è comodissima da raggiungere (5 minuti circa con la macchina). Abbiamo preso il monolocale che è leggermente distaccato dalla struttura del B&B gode di una terrazza all'entrata che affaccia sul giardino che circonda tutta la struttura, un angolo cottura e un bagno privato. La colazione è fantastica e varia: dai biscottini alle torte (rigorosamente fatti in casa) alle fette biscottate, cereali, marmellate, Nutella, una bontà unica! I proprietari (madre padre e figlio) sono gentilissimi, cordiali disponibili e simpatici! Si prendono cura della struttura nei minimi dettagli, erba curata, stanze pulitissime tavoli apparecchiati egregiamente.. Le oche che si trovano nel giardino mi hanno fatto fare tante risate! Inoltre c'è un gattino bellissimo e tanti pesciolini! Il panorama ti lascia senza fiato! Ringrazio i proprietari che ci hanno fatto trascorrere un week-end fantastico e consiglio a tutti questa struttura! Se dovessi tornare nei pressi di Ravenna saprò sicuramente dove soggiornare!

Abbiamo alloggiato due notti per andare a Mirabilandia (vicinissima) e visitare le zone limitrofe. Massima cordialità e disponibilità sin dal momento della prenotazione. La struttura è circondata dal verde, silenziosa, molto pulita; le camere sono adeguatamente spaziose, confortevoli e arredate con cura. Le deliziose torte e i buonissimi biscotti preparati in casa hanno dato il buongiorno ai nostri palati! Sinceri complimenti ai proprietari.

Siamo stati con i nostri due bambini presso questo B&B solo per una notte: (per visitare Mirabilandia che è proprio a due passi ma se avessimo avuto più tempo avremmo prolungato sicuramente la vacanza! La depandance è bellissima, rustica, con una stupenda veranda che si affaccia sul parco dove i bambini hanno apprezzato tantissimo lo spazio, il verde e le simpaticissime papere. Abbiamo conosciuto Antonio e il suo papà, persone gentilissime! e gustato volentieri la loro colazione casereccia. La prossima volta in Romagna, sapremo dove soggiornare!

Ambiente familiare pulito ed accogliente, vicinissimo a mirabilandia. La colazione preparata dal gestore con dolci appena sfornati, latte, caffè, succo di arance in una cucina accogliente come la nostra di casa, il gestore cordiale e disponibile. Sicuramente lo consiglierei!
