We had a wonderful stay at Tiziana's. The owner of the place works hard to fully satisfy her guests. The places are impeccable and the breakfast is delicious and tailored to everyone's desires. Tiziana's kindness and dynamism will make you feel at home. She is very attentive. Only happiness for the future.

We stayed at Villa Nike at the beginning of July. Everything was perfect. The rooms were spacious and impeccable. Tiziana showed us the most beautiful places in Puglia, which we have known for over 30 years. The guesthouse is located near the extraordinary coasts, between Lecce and Otranto (15 minutes from both cities). Thank you again for the welcome and see you soon, dear Tiziana. Incredibly warm welcome. Everything was great! There was even an early breakfast. Valuable tips for excursions and restaurants. Only 50 minutes to the airport in Brindisi.

Wonderful vacation just spent in this fantastic property. The owner Tiziana spoiled us with exceptional breakfasts made of pasticciotti of all kinds, croissants, other sweets, fruit juices, cappuccinos (among the best I have ever tasted in my life) and much more. The outdoor spaces are really well maintained and extensive, there is so much green, plants, and trees, even near the (very large) pool where one could also stay in the shade in some areas. There are also very wide sunbeds and umbrellas. The room where we stayed is spacious with all the comforts including air conditioning and mosquito nets. Strategic location from which to enjoy tranquility but at the same time close to the center of San Foca, reachable in 10 minutes on foot. Possibility to park inside the property with a closed gate, thus providing more security. We also thank Maurizio for the attention and care we saw put into the outdoor spaces. Villa "Nike" is an oasis, my girlfriend and I are truly happy and satisfied to have chosen this property for our summer holidays. We can only highly recommend it. You have now entered our hearts.

Villa Nike is a home. Because that's how you feel when you return from a beautiful day spent on one of the wonderful beaches of Salento. To return home. The property is surrounded by a beautiful garden, well-kept and lush. The rooms, 3, are all on the ground floor. They are spacious and spotless. The hostess tidies them up and cleans them thoroughly every day. Frequent changes of linens, always soft and fragrant. There is an internal parking lot to park the car. The center of San Foca is about a kilometer away. And then there's Tiziana. The soul of Villa Nike. Her task is to make you feel good, with sympathy and discretion. Her breakfasts are unforgettable. At the end of the stay, you say goodbye to her as a friend and promise yourself to come back to visit her. Thank you for everything, we had a great time.

Great location just steps from the center of San Foca but located in a quiet area where rest is guaranteed. Very comfortable beds and abundant, varied breakfasts with typical products make it a fantastic place to spend a few days of vacation. The rooms are tidied up, clean, and fragrant every day and are well taken care of in the details despite their simplicity. The owner is very welcoming and helpful, and you immediately feel at home. Highly recommended!

My boyfriend and I stayed 6 days at this delightful B&B. We had a great time, pampered from the moment we arrived by Mrs. Tiziana who became like an aunt to us. Family atmosphere, modern structure with very well-kept rooms with everything you need (air conditioning, mini fridge) really nice. Internal parking on the villa's grounds with automatic gate and personal gate remote control to come in and out at our convenience. Breakfast is served every day and included in the price, it's mainly sweet with cakes and pastries often personally prepared by dear Tiziana; she is a very kind and open person, if you have special dietary requests or needs just turn to her and you will be satisfied. Room cleaning is done every day with a towel change once every 3 days (at least in our case it was like that). The room is always tidy and fragrant when returning from the beach. The owner is always available and reachable for anything, rely on her also for advice on places to visit and restaurants to eat; there are some really good ones. The structure is located a little outside the small center of San Foca (2 minutes by car and 10 on foot) and therefore is ideal for staying calm and not in the tourist chaos of the center. With the car from San Foca you can reach excellent beaches in the surroundings and beautiful locations in a short time. Our judgment is more than excellent and we highly recommend to anyone considering going on vacation in those areas to head towards Villa Nike. You will not be disappointed.

We couldn't have found a better place to spend our holidays. Extremely clean room with all the comforts and exceptional breakfast: freshly baked croissants, coffee, yogurt, homemade pies and various sweets, cappuccinos, jams, in short, everything you could wish for when you wake up. The structure, surrounded by greenery, is just outside San Foca, but the center and the beach are reachable in a few minutes by car. Tiziana, the host, is very kind, always ready to help and advise you on places and beaches to visit and restaurants to eat at! From the moment we arrived, we had the feeling of not having gone to any ordinary B&B, but of having gone to visit an old friend. We spent lovely breakfasts chatting. I highly recommend it.

Villa Nike is truly stunning, a beautiful villa with all the amenities for a comfortable vacation. Everything is taken care of down to the smallest details, from the room to the garden, to the veranda for breakfast. Excellent and abundant breakfast prepared with great care by Mrs. Tiziana, who offers a very warm welcome and is always available to satisfy the customers/friends who feel so after enjoying her corner of paradise and her attentions.

The hospitality of the owner of the structure is definitely impeccable for kindness and availability. The location of the structure is also excellent for spending a wonderful stay in Salento and moving freely, as if at home. It is too easy and obvious to speak well of Villa Nike and Tiziana and Maurizio. They are impeccable managers and owners and wonderful people. We stayed as three couples of friends and Tiziana and Maurizio made us feel at home, so much so that at the end of our stay we felt a bit like their relatives. Let us not talk about the stratospheric breakfast in terms of quantity and goodness, with freshly baked pastries personally prepared by Tiziana. A truly big thank you to these very nice owners of Villa Nike to whom we send our heartfelt "see you soon at Villa Nike".
