We stayed at Villa Nike at the beginning of July. Everything was perfect. The rooms were spacious and impeccable. Tiziana showed us the most beautiful places in Puglia, which we have known for over 30 years. The guesthouse is located near the extraordinary coasts, between Lecce and Otranto (15 minutes from both cities). Thank you again for the welcome and see you soon, dear Tiziana. Villa Nike is a home. Because that's how you feel when you return from a beautiful day spent on one of the wonderful beaches of Salento. To return home. The property is surrounded by a beautiful garden, well-kept and lush. The rooms, 3, are all on the ground floor. They are spacious and spotless. The hostess tidies them up and cleans them thoroughly every day. Frequent changes of linens, always soft and fragrant. There is an internal parking lot to park the car. The center of San Foca is about a kilometer away. And then there's Tiziana. The soul of Villa Nike. Her task is to make you feel good, with sympathy and discretion. Her breakfasts are unforgettable. At the end of the stay, you say goodbye to her as a friend and promise yourself to come back to visit her. Thank you for everything, we had a great time.

Great location just steps from the center of San Foca but located in a quiet area where rest is guaranteed. Very comfortable beds and abundant, varied breakfasts with typical products make it a fantastic place to spend a few days of vacation. The rooms are tidied up, clean, and fragrant every day and are well taken care of in the details despite their simplicity. The owner is very welcoming and helpful, and you immediately feel at home. Highly recommended!

A 10 minuti a piedi dalle spiagge di san foca, ottima posizione. La struttura è molto bella e gestita dalla squisita e gentile signora Tiziana. Camere sempre pulite e ottima colazione con pasticciotto leccese indimenticabile

Io ed il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato 6 giorni presso questo delizioso B&B. Siamo stati benissimo, coccolati dal primo momento in cui siamo arrivati dalla signora Tiziana che è diventata come una zia per noi. Ambiente familiare struttura moderna con camere molto curate con tutto il necessario (aria condizionata, mini frigo) veramente carine. Posto auto interno al terreno della villa con cancello automatico e telecomando personale del cancello per uscire ed entrare a nostro piacimento. La colazione è servita tutti i giorni ed inclusa nel prezzo, è prettamente dolce con torte e paste spesso preparate personalmente dalla cara Tiziana; è una persona gentilissima e molto aperta se avete richieste o necessità alimentari particolari bastera rivolgersi a lei e verrete accontentati. La pulizia nelle stanze avviene tutti i giorni con un cambio asciugamani una volta ogni 3 giorni (almeno nel nostro caso è stato così). La camera è sempre in ordine e profumata al rientro dalla spiaggia. La proprietaria sempre disponibile e rintracciabile per qualsiasi cosa, affidatevi a lei anche per avere consigli sui posti da visitare e i ristoranti in cui andare a mangiare; ce ne sono di buonissimi. La struttura si trova un pochino fuori dal piccolo centro di San Foca (2 minuti con la macchina e 10 a piedi) e quindi è l'ideale per stare tranquilli e non nel caos turistico del centro. Con l'auto da San Foca si raggiungono ottime spiagge nei dintorni e bellissime location in poco tempo. Il nostro giudizio è più che ottimo e consigliamo caldamente a chiunque stia valutando di andare in vacanza in quelle zone di fare rotta verso Villa Nike. Non ne rimarrete delusi.

Non potevamo trovare luogo migliore per trascorrere le nostre vacanze. Camera pulitissima con tutti i confort e colazione eccezionale: cornetti appena sfornati, caffè, yogurt, crostate e dolci vari fatti in casa, cappuccini, marmellate, insomma, tutto quello che si può desiderare appena svegli. La struttura, immersa nel verde, è appena fuori San Foca, ma il centro e la spiaggia sono raggiungibili in pochissimi minuti con la macchina. Tiziana, la padrona di casa, è gentilissima, sempre pronta ad aiutarti e consigliarti sui luoghi e le spiagge da visitare e i ristoranti dove mangiare! Fin dall'arrivo abbiamo avuto la sensazione di non essere andati in un B&B qualunque, ma di essere andati a trovare un'amica di vecchia data. Abbiamo passato belle colazioni a chiacchierare. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Villa Nike è davvero stupenda, una bella villa con tutte le comodità per una vacanza confortevole. Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli, dalla camera al giardino, alla veranda per la colazione. Colazione ottima e abbondante preparata con molta cura dalla signora Tiziana, che offre un accoglienza molto calorosa e sempre disponibile ad accontentare i clienti/amici che così si sentono dopo aver goduto del suo angolo di paradiso e delle sue attenzioni.

Ospitalità della titolare della struttura decisamente impeccabile per gentilezza e disponibilità, ottima anche la posizione della struttura per trascorrere un soggiorno incantevole in Salento e muoversi in libertà, "come a casa propria". E che dire poi dei dolci fatti in casa di Tiziana che ci offriva a colazione? Mitici.

Parlare bene di Villa Nike e di Tiziana e Maurizio appare fin troppo facile e scontato. Sono gestori/proprietari impeccabili e persone favolose. Abbiamo soggiornato tre coppie di amici e Tiziana e Maurizio ci hanno fatto sentire a casa nostra, tanto che alla fine del soggiorno ci sentivamo un po' loro parenti. Non parliamo, poi, della stratosferica colazione per quantità e bontà, con dolci appena sfornati preparati personalmente da Tiziana. Un grazie veramente grande a questi simpaticissimi proprietari di villa Nike ai quali rivolgiamo il nostro accorato "arrivederci a presto a villa Nike". Giulio e compagnia.
