Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 31 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 30 to 29 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 10% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 28 to 27 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 10% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 26 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Structure located in a beautiful natural reserve. Through a path in the Mediterranean scrub, you can reach the beach of Mottagrossa in a few minutes and a little further you can reach a characteristic 'trabocco' and then climb to the top of Punta Aderci to admire the panorama. Owners and staff are all extremely kind. Excellent and abundant breakfast. Definitely to come back to for a few more days.

Cozy place just steps away from Mottagrossa beach and a short distance from the beautiful beaches of the Punta Aderci natural reserve, also reachable thanks to the greenway bike path with mountain bikes provided for free by B&B Villa Marianna. The villa is well-kept, very clean, and surrounded by nature. Gianluca and Mariangela were exceptional hosts for their kindness, availability, and care. I thank them for the thousand useful information, as true connoisseurs and lovers of the area, for the cheerful breakfast chats, and for the products they offered us.

We stayed at the B&B Villa Marianna for one night. Friendly and kind managers, attentive to our needs and cleanliness. Quiet structure, immersed in a beautiful countryside landscape from which you can also glimpse the sea. Punta Aderici is reachable on foot by walking along the pebble beach.

We decided to spend a weekend near home in a place we had never been before. We chose a beautiful place and accommodation that exceeded our expectations. This B&B is located right in the nature reserve. The managers welcomed us very kindly in the morning, even though we arrived before the check-in time. They gave us the opportunity to use bicycles to reach the beach, and in the afternoon we returned to a very clean and well-kept room, spacious and roomy. They also left water in the fridge in the room. The bathroom complete with every comfort, including a hairdryer, shampoo, and towels of all kinds. From the terrace of the room, there is a beautiful sea view with two comfortable sunbeds to relax amidst the chirping of birds. The owners of the property were very friendly and prepared a rich breakfast in the garden, both sweet and savory, plus fruit. In short, every good thing. Congratulations on the way you work.

Villa Marianna è incantevole, situata all'interno della riserva naturale di Punta Aderci, è il luogo ideale per godere della natura circostante, un luogo magico dove riposare corpo e mentre tornare in armonia con la natura. Dalla sua posizione si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un sentiero privato, la spiaggia di Mottagrossa e tutto intorno ci sono sentieri e piste ciclabili per raggiungere le altre spiagge. Dalla bellissima suite, dove abbiamo soggiornato, di notte si può ascoltare il rumore del mare. Le colazioni sono abbondanti, complete di tutto, con buonissime torte preparate in casa. Dalla cura del luogo si intuisce la sensibilità e la passione con cui i proprietari gestiscono il B&B, rendendo il tutto perfetto. Grazie per l'accoglienza. Speriamo di tornare presto.

Ottima struttura in una riserva naturale con proprietari assolutamente presenti per qualsivoglia necessita. Camere pulite e piacevoli. Location ottimale per raggiungere a piedi la spiaggia in 7-8 minuti. Vasto città raggiungibile in 5-6 minuti di auto senza traffico. Consigliata assolutamente. Bravi e grazie di tutto.

Luogo incantevole, ideale per chi vuole staccare dal mondo in tutti i sensi, dal momento che i primi negozi e attività commerciali sono molto distanti. Un posto che ti fa tornare alle origini, dove nemmeno il cellulare prende bene e ti fa tornare a contatto con la natura. Gentilissimi e molto ospitali i proprietari, ottima colazione genuina. Molto belle le stanze, rustiche e caratteristiche. Uniche due pecche: materasso e cuscini abbastanza duri e possibilità di fare buio in stanza praticamente impossibile. Alle prime luci dell'alba si tinge tutto di rosso, cosa non ideale per chi come me è abituato a dormire al buio. In generale ottima esperienza.

La struttura si trova in una posizione invidiabile rispetto alla riserva di Punta Aderci. I proprietari sono di una disponibilità unica. Impossibile chiedere di più.

Collocata nella zona più spettacolare della costa abruzzese, offre tranquillità e relax, con la possibilità di immergersi in un contesto naturale in modo confortevole, grazie alla squisita e discreta ospitalità dei padroni di casa. Piacevoli le conversazioni con il proprietario, profondo conoscitore del territorio, e deliziosi i dolci, specie torte e marmellate casalinghe, serviti a colazione dalla gentile consorte..il tutto a pochi chilometri dalla folla e dalla variegata offerta della città di Vasto per ristoranti, shopping, eventi, soprattutto la sera.

I proprietari sono gentili ed ospitali. La struttura si trova in mezzo alla campagna ed ha un accesso al mare nella parte meno turistica e, a mio avviso, anche per questo più bella. Consigliabile soprattutto a chi intenda la vacanza come un'occasione per stare a contatto con la natura.

Ottimo B&B in una location spettacolare a poche centinaia di metri dalla spiaggia di Mottagrossa. La gestione (familiare) è attenta, cortese e disponibile a fornire indicazioni di tutti i tipi: persone squisite. La camera nr. 2 (dove alloggiavamo) era forse la più piccola tuttavia più che adeguata al soggiorno. Considerato che è aperto da fine Aprile a fine Settembre, è un luogo consigliato non solo per il mare ma anche per chi volesse fare treking e/o birdwatching all'interno della Ricerva di punta Aderci.

Finalmente dopo due anni mi è stato possibile tornare in questo piccolo paradiso e le aspettative non sono state deluse. Questa volta in fattoria, deliziosa e intima, la stanza molto spaziosa con due opposte finestre che oltre che portare luce ed arietta regalano una la linea blu del mare oltre gli alberi di fico l'altra, opposta, la Maiella limpida che pare poterla toccare. La signora Francesca e il marito Roberto accolgono gli ospiti sempre con cortesia e discrezione ma sono pronti a dar consigli ed indicazioni se si chiede. Spiaggia ancora sorprendentemente pulita, mare dorato vacanza splendida. Qui esiste ancora rispetto, vorrei tanto non si perdesse. Villa Marianna merita almeno 11 come posizione.

Ottimo B&B, buona la posizione all'interno della riserva, molto gentili i proprietari. Consigliato a chi ama il mare e la natura. Nota negativa, ma non è certo colpa dei proprietari, le macchine che parcheggiano a ridosso della spiaggia.

In posizione molto particolare, perfetta per chi ama stare a contatto con la natura, lontano dalla confusione, con un bel sentiero che conduce alla spiaggetta di sassi con "vista trabucco", questo B&B è gestito molto bene, in maniera discreta e gentile. Pulito, curato nei dettagli, ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Ho alloggiato in questo B&B con la mia famiglia e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Assolutamente uno dei migliori B&B in cui abbiamo alloggiato. I gestori Rosi e Mauro sono di una gentilezza e disponibilità squisita. L'accoglienza è stata molto calorosa facendoci respirare un clima famigliare. Tra tutti i B&B che abbiamo conosciuto "Il piccolo fiore" è stato il migliore in assoluto come pulizia e igiene. Ottima la colazione molto abbondante e variegata da diversi ottimi dolci preparati in casa con cura e con amore dalla signora Rosi. È un posto in cui torneremo sicuramente e che consigliamo vivamente di conoscere a chi non c'è mai stato! La nostra votazione da 1-10 è 10 e lode in tutto! Ah! Dimenticavo.. visitate Vasto perché è la perla dell'Abruzzo!

Il soggiorno è stato piacevolissimo. La signora cordialissima e disponibile. Il posto tranquillo e silenzioso. La struttura moderna e accogliente. Il mare è ad un passo e vi si accede per un viottolo privato lungo poche centinaia di metri. il mare, di ciottoli piatti, è pulito. La costa dei trabocchi bella e verdissima. I paesi puliti e con buoni ristoranti e trattorie. Visitate, per favore, dopo i piacevoli bagni e le buone degustazioni, anche il cimitero degli inglesi ne vale la pena per riflettere.

Avete presente la sensazione che si prova quando si arriva in una località nuova? Ci si chiede come saranno le persone che ti accoglieranno, se starai bene ed altro ancora. Bhe, a villa Marianna sono bastati forse 10 minuti per sentirci a casa! Francesca, che ci ha accolto, ha scelto per noi la stanza più spaziosa e migliore e nelle mattine successive ci ha deliziato con i suoi dolci ed il suo meraviglioso pane! La comodità del mare sotto casa, bello e selvaggio, la pace del posto e le bellezze dei dintorni, hanno fatto di questa settimana una mini vacanza assolutamente da ripetere. Bella struttura in posizione eccellente: praticamente sul mare e all'interno della riserva naturale. Appartamento (sì, a noi é toccato uno spazioso appartamento!) pulito e comodo, accoglienza professionale e ottima colazione (dolce/salato). Spero di ritornarci.

Villa Marianna is a unique property located within the Natural Reserve of Punta Aderci.
In a region rich in protected areas such as the Abruzzo region, this reserve has the peculiarity of being the only marina.
The nature reserve was established in 1998 to protect 285 acres of rocky coastline between Vasto and the mouth of Sinello. The landscape is rather articulated with flat sections cut from cliffs near the shoreline, slopes down to the sea interrupted by the headland of Punta Aderci dune systems-now-rare in Abruzzo, wetlands as the "pond" of Motta Grossa and the alluvial plain of the Sinello. Along the sandy beaches around Punta and Punta Penne Aderci Libertini on the beach and on the rocky Motta Grossa growing community of plants that are resistant to salt, heat and wind in a sequence that, from the shoreline inward, sees settle first pioneer plants -like sea rocket-then sort of shifting dune-like sand couch-and finally those of the fixed dune until the appearance of shrubs and maquis. Among the dune ridges the water, thanks to the presence of clays, stagnates favoring the establishment of bands of reeds. The dunes and the river environment lend themselves well naturalistic observation and bird watching. Here wintering and stopping in many species of birds such as herons, grebes, terns, cormorants, the marsh harrier and the plover (symbol of the Reserve).
