The stay exceeded expectations. Spacious, well-furnished and clean room. Nice and comfortable bathroom. The kitchen was also available, with a coffee machine and toasted bread slices for breakfast. The building is quiet and the area is peaceful, set away from the hustle and bustle of the historic center while only a few subway stops away. The host was very kind, quick to respond by phone/WhatsApp and willing to hold luggage until the late afternoon on the day of departure. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended. The property is clean and very well maintained. Cristina (the host who manages it) is super kind and available for anything, always ready to accommodate any request. The property is a bit far from the city center, but if you want to get around there is Metro B towards Laurentina, which is well connected to the main attractions of the city. The price-quality ratio is very good. The room has a kitchenette with the essentials to prepare do-it-yourself meals. For breakfast there are coffee pods with a coffee machine, Nutella, biscuits, rusks, tea, honey and sugar. For a quick breakfast it is very convenient.

Casa Luisa is a very cozy structure and the quality offered is really high: impeccable cleanliness, kindness and easy availability of the person managing the structure, spacious room and everything needed for breakfast. I stayed at Casa Luisa for a business trip and the location was perfect for my commitments. But considering the quality/price ratio and the area where it is located (quiet, well served by public transport and a few metro stops from the station), I would recommend this b&b even to those visiting Rome for tourism.

Casa Luisa is located just a stone's throw from Piazza Bologna, in a well-served and very quiet area, and Cristina is very kind and very helpful! 😊 The room cleanliness is excellent, the bed is very comfortable, and there is also a small kitchenette in the room. Highly recommended! 🌟

The room was clean and equipped with everything necessary (air conditioning, fridge, coffee machine with pods and there was also a small equipped kitchenette with stove, pots, plates, etc. inside the room itself, although we personally did not use them). We stayed for two nights and we had a great time, the area is quiet but very central and close to all the main means of transport (metro, station, bus). The breakfast consisted of just some packages of toast and single servings of cookies, honey, Nutella, and jam, but there are plenty of great bars in the area so it didn't bother us. The stay went smoothly so we didn't have any particular problems, but the owner seemed very kind and helpful.

The room is very clean, equipped with a private bathroom and a small kitchenette. It is located on the fourth floor in a quiet area, a short walk from the Bologna metro B, so it is very convenient. Despite being advertised as a bed & breakfast, room cleaning is included every morning. The owner is extremely kind.\n\nIf there was breakfast, it would be the top. However, in the room you will find everything you need to make yourself a coffee, some tea, and a few biscuits.\n\nHighly recommended.

The structure is fantastic, well-kept and very clean, equipped with all the comforts with great attention to details, such as mosquito nets and kitchenette. The truly spectacular aspect is Cristina, who is very kind, sweet, and very helpful. She fully understood our needs, making the stay more comfortable. Moreover, the location is exceptional. It is located a few minutes walk from Piazza Bologna and Tiburtina station, close to public transport. The area is quiet and full of services.

Great location near the "Bologna" metro station of line B. The room was very clean and equipped with every comfort including a useful cooking area if needed: maybe just missing a microwave but this doesn't change the positive judgment. For breakfast, we used products we brought from home but there was a wide choice of sweet products and a coffee pod machine available. Finally, a mention for the owner who welcomed us with a smile and made us feel comfortable, also offering luggage storage service after check-out.

Despite being in a very lively neighborhood with many bars, the room is quiet. Cristina is very kind and helpful. Perfect structure for those looking for a good value for money. The rooms are perfect in size and services available, excellent cleanliness and the owner is really kind and super helpful. The distance from the center may be a hindrance for those who prefer to avoid the use of transport and their times, but the proximity to the metro and bus stops is definitely a plus. Really satisfied, I highly recommend Casa Luisa!

Cozy structure, very clean, spacious rooms, clean bathroom, possibility to use the kitchenette, newly built building, abundant breakfast, the owner of the structure proved to be immediately kind and made herself available for every request, she even satisfied us for the check-in time not exactly easy for us, but she proved to be immediately available, we will definitely return and recommend it because it also has an excellent quality/price ratio. The area is well served by all means, a neighborhood rich in bars, restaurants, and shops, and last but not least, a 10-minute walk from Tiburtina station.

I used the facility for one night. Unfortunately, they do not have single rooms and I had a small discount on the price of the double. The room, with a balcony on the fourth floor, is very bright, wardrobe and bedside tables of new manufacture. Above the desk, a small flat-screen TV and remote control for air conditioning. The bathroom, not large, is equipped with a hairdryer, and has a large window which I consider very important. There is a small kitchenette provided with the necessary, including a coffee machine with pods. I didn't use it, I don't know if they have anything else for breakfast. The location is very good. Metro Bologna on line B. Three stops from Termini Station. In the neighborhood, very nice, there are several eating options and excellent pastry shops. Cristina, the manager of Casa Luisa, is very friendly. I was able to leave my luggage until the afternoon.

Great Bed and Breakfast, very clean and quiet, managed by a very young, smiling, kind and very cute owner. Nice and appealing furnishings, good finishes with intelligent solutions (mosquito nets also on the French doors). The only note is the lack of a mirror in the room (only one on the bathroom sink). Also, breakfast probably should be enriched, although it is worth mentioning the welcome and appropriate presence in the room of an espresso machine with many capsules of a well-known and good coffee available.

I chose to stay two nights in this facility (unfortunately it was not available for the period I indicated). Very recent structure with air conditioning. Very high cleanliness (and it should not be underestimated). Strategic location (a few steps from Bologna station). Functional and well-equipped kitchen for those who want to use it. Breakfast is not very rich, but it is the last of the aspects you will think about while staying there. To be considered as the first choice for my next stay.
