Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 14 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;

- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

We've had a good time in Florence and this location was the best for us in terms of location, design, the kindness of the host, cleanliness, access, and communication. Easy to access the railway station, the city center with all the important museums and attractions, Piazzale Michelangelo (directly by bus no 12 from the station next to the bridge) and also the charming zone of Oltraro which we have discovered going around. Piazza Santo Spirito remained in our soul as our favorite, as it is very local, with terraces and people hanging around) and we have discovered it mainly because is close to the accommodation. Usually, 15 minutes walk to any important things to visit in Florence, in our opinion, and we stayed for 4 days. And a plus, two of the tastiest gelato shops, were very close. One around the corner, and one at the next bridge. Special thanks to Alessandra, who has been very flexible and welcoming, ready to help us with all details we needed about our stay. What was not so comfortable: the position of the two beds on the top of the room, with stairs access and railing, is not so secure for children, even teens as ours, because we were afraid to not happen something during the night if they will get up, etc. After the first night, we ended up sleeping on the single beds upstairs and the girls in the double bed downstairs. I did not realize the possible danger from the pictures of the room, but when getting inside and seeing how tall are the stairs, it was not so comfortable. So, if you have this kind of concern, I will not recommend considering the option of a family room. Second: the noise outside. Like most of the historical buildings, I guess, they are located in the city center, a very crowded zone and noisy because of the many cars, buses, motorcycles, garbage collecting cars, delivery cars etc. Hard to resist with open windows for more than a few minutes because of the noise.

The room we had at 'Soggiorno Alessandra' was an amazingly spacious and clean room. The modern bathroom was quite big and finely decorated right down to the smallest detail. The rooms are in Oltrarno, which is the best part of Florence for foodies! Highly recommended, we will rent again at Alessandra for sure.

Great location, very clean room, the owner helps us a lot with a late check in and loads of informations. She accommodate a great crib for our 2 months old baby. I definitely raccomand it and I will stay there again!

Apartemento excepcional a 15 minutos del centro histórico, con comercios y restauración próximos. Mobiliario nuevo y mut buena limpieza diária. El trato de la señora Alessandra y de Sayuri excelente y atento. El descanso perfecto, tras largas jornada por Firenze.

Struttura conforme al prezzo, anzi forse anche meglio. Camera tripla molto spaziosa, con due finestre e con bagno grande. Posizione ottima per visitare la città. Disponibilità e attenzione al cliente eccellente. Pulizia ok. Lo consiglio sicuramente.

Abbiamo trovato questo piccolo angolo di paradiso girovagando tra mille strutture, scontate e banali, che offrivano buona posizione ma nulla di più. Alessandra ci ha accolti con un gran sorriso e tanta simpatia in un posto meraviglioso! Una stanza grandissima, calda e accogliente in un palazzo signorile nel centro di Firenze. Tutto curato nei minimi particolari e con tutti i comfort per trascorrere due giorni immersi nella cultura e nello splendore di Firenze! La zona (borgo San Frediano) dista soli 10 minuti a piedi da tutte le principali bellezze della città, e dopo una giornata “da turisti”, proprio sotto la struttura decine di locali variegati dove fare aperitivo, ascoltare musica e cenare velocemente con piatti tipici oppure gustare una rilassante cena in trattorie tipiche toscane, tutto senza fretta, al ritmo lento delle serate fiorentine. La zona nel fine settimana è animata e molto vivace, forse non adatta a chi ama il silenzio ma veramente molto caratteristica! Alessandra sarà il nostro punto di riferimento quando torneremo in questa magica e meravigliosa città d’arte! Consigliatissima!

Soggiorno Alessandra è situato in un'ottima posizione per visitare Firenze, sono infatti raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi le principali attrazioni della città. Posizione centrale a circa un chilometro da Ponte Vecchio. La struttura è vicinissima al fiume e risulta piacevolissima la passeggiata per arrivare in centro costeggiando il fiume. La titolare si è dimostrata molto gentile e molto premurosa.

Ottima struttura. Nuova è in posizione centrale. Alessandra è molto gentile e premurosa. Anche se non viene fatta la colazione, vi è comunque la possibilità di farsi un caffè o un tè oppure cappuccino con fette biscottate brioche ecc. La camera viene sempre sistemata ogni mattina molto accuratamente. La consiglio vivamente!

Per una visita veloce a Firenze e dintorni ho trovato la proposta davvero interessante e non siamo rimasti delusi. la struttura si trova all'interno della Ztl di Firenze ma ha la possibilità di parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze senza problemi. Appartamento impeccabile e arredato con grande stile, comodo, accogliente e molto chic. Nelle vicinanze del ponte vecchio e del centro di Firenze, contornato da vari locali e ristoranti. Gestore accogliente e preciso, reperibile per ogni necessità. La colazione si può fare in camera con tutto lo stretto necessario, noi abbiamo preferito farci due passi e farla in centro a Firenze. Esperienza da riprovare assolutamente.

Tutto molto in linea con la presentazione e la descrizione. Appartamento molto bello, recentemente ristrutturato e tutto completamente nuovo. L'unica cosa negativa e poco pulita è il mini terrazzino che potrebbe essere pulito di più e reso più agevole per gli ospiti che vogliono prendere una boccata d'aria. Ottimo rapporto prezzo e qualità, Alessandra e stata disponibilissima dal nostro arrivo, ci offerto la cartina del centro, con tutte le spiegazioni utili per girare bene, la colazione fornita dal B&B era complet, abbiamo preso la camera suit con 4 posti letto, c’era il soppalcò dove c’erano i due letti per i bambini che si sono divertiti tantissimo, per il resto il B&B e situato in posto strategico e stato veramente comodo per le visite di tutto quello che volevamo Vedere. LO CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE

Siamo stati 1 giorno a Firenze e abbiamo trovato questo B&B eccezionale praticamente quasi al centro della città a 2 passi da ponte vecchio e dalle basiliche, torneremo sicuramente.

Ideale per chi cerca una camera vicina al centro di Firenze, raggiungibile con 5 minuti di passeggiata in un quartiere fornito di tutte le comodità lungo le sponde dell'Arno. Ottima accoglienza e servizio, ricezione cordiale e organizzata. La camera ha ingressi completamente indipendenti, è situata in un antico palazzo. Arredamento caratteristico, finiture di buon livello. Decisamente un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, consiglio a tutti.
