The B&B Dolce Sogno is located in Porto Sant'Elpidio, a short distance from the A14 exit, immersed in a quiet and strategic area that makes it perfect for both business trips and romantic getaways. Here, Leonardo and Daria welcome guests warmly, creating a serene and surreal atmosphere that characterizes this elegant structure.

The recently renovated apartments offer comfortable hospitality and are tastefully furnished. Each accommodation has an independent entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The tones that decorate the spaces, from blue to fuchsia, along with the elegantly finished bathrooms, create a cozy and distinctive environment. The two-room apartments on the ground floor, Fuxia and Azzurro, measure 35 m², while the larger Leo apartment on the first floor is 70 m² and can accommodate up to five people, including two bedrooms, a living room, and a balcony.

Each unit is equipped with modern comforts, including air conditioning, mosquito nets, two LCD TVs, a safe, and an audio system that plays music throughout the environment. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi, a coffee machine, a minibar, and, for a fee, laundry service. A lovely garden adorned with a gazebo and a barbecue area provides an ideal space for relaxing moments outdoors.

Everything as described, in the apartment nothing was missing, it felt like being at home, Leonardo is an extremely helpful person, whenever you called him he would give you all possible information, to be redone.

Beautiful B&B, beautiful apartment, really well taken care of in the details. Parking inside is very convenient. The apartment offers everything, it's complete and really very nice. Very nice apartment, equipped with every comfort. My son and I stayed only one night, but the facility is definitely perfect for longer stays. Excellent cleanliness and Leonardo was very kind in pointing us to a place to dine.

Nice B&B close to the beach, 5 minutes by car. Leonardo, the manager, is a nice and helpful person. Suitable for those who want to visit the art cities of Marche. Highly recommended, I will definitely come back.

With my family and my brother's family, we stayed only one night in the two splendid apartments of this bright and warm structure, as we were passing through to make a stop halfway before reaching Puglia. Everyone's comment was "I might as well stop here". The apartment does not seem at all for tourists but a privately owned house, cared for in every detail, a place to arrive and not think about anything, equipped with everything... even the refrigerator! The decor is of great taste and originality, new, very modern, fragrant in every corner, splendid linens. We will definitely return, the price is very suitable and besides being a few kilometers from the sea, it is very close to the charming village of Sant'Elpidio and other artistic and scenic places of true beauty. I will not fail to return, this time for a few more nights! Thanks also to the owner's courtesy!

I had the opportunity to stay in several bed and breakfasts in the area and I can assure you that the B&B Dolce Sogno is definitely the best, for the structure of the accommodations, comfortable, modern, and cared for in every detail, for the excellent and abundant breakfasts, for the tranquility of the place, and for the strategic location just a stone's throw from the motorway exit and two minutes from the center of Porto Sant'Elpidio. And what can I say about Leonardo (the manager), a kind and helpful person like few others. I hope to return soon. Highly recommended.

We stayed for two weeks in the fuchsia apartment in the second half of August and we found ourselves really well. The structure is very welcoming and comfortable. The interior of the accommodation is brand new, finely furnished and with great taste, perhaps a bit too much for vacationers "easygoing" like us, but with that touch of elegance that is always appreciated. Excellent the possibility of parking in the internal courtyard (electric gate with remote control available), very convenient the space in front of the accommodation to wash and hang the laundry, as well as to have breakfast or dinner.
