Beautiful hotel, clean and charming. Self check-in was very efficient and effective. Rooms are clean and well designed. Snack room/kitchen was well stocked but without a cooker.

To improve the soundproofing of the windows facing the street. In the shower, it would be useful to have a shelf to place the shampoo bottle. Otherwise, excellent central location to visit the city.

Excellent welcome, friendliness and professionalism of the structure which, from the moment of booking, provides useful information for a good stay (online CHECK-IN, ZTL pass, directions, etc.). We stayed in Siena for one night last weekend and we were more than satisfied with the Piazza Paradiso apartment. In addition to the spaciousness and style of the apartment, which also has a lovely internal courtyard, the location is excellent and the manager was extremely kind in giving us a lot of useful advice. Definitely a place to return to.

We stayed in an apartment located in a historic building with a truly beautiful internal garden. The apartment is very well furnished, spacious, clean, equipped with everything necessary and all the comforts. The manager was very kind and very helpful, with advice and suggestions. It is a pity that we stayed only for one night. I will definitely return.
