Our B&B is located at Modena art city, rich in archaeological sites and buildings of great architectural merit, quiet, for enjoying a stunning panorama, in the historic heart of the city. "Caramelle" is a smart, welcoming venue.

You may cancel your booking up to 2 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged for one night’s stay

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rooms are cleaned every 3 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:30 AM

The B&B is located in a position where the city center is within walking distance in a few minutes. The area is quiet and the apartment is very quiet. It is very clean and the room is comfortable. Elena and her mother, very welcoming, gave us a series of indications on what to see in the city and where to eat. Great advice, thank you! Unfortunately, I give a low rating to the breakfast which, even if varied, was composed of food that we never buy/eat: packaged snacks and similar food, UHT milk. I still made myself coffee with rusks and jam, but my husband preferred to go out and have breakfast in a bar-pastry shop. Apart from this, we had a good time and if you are not demanding with breakfast, the place is perfect.

Welcomed by a wonderful lady who made me feel immediately at ease and as if I were at home. Cordiality and kindness are the order of the day here, a bed and breakfast that stands out for the cleanliness and tidiness of its premises, with comfortable and tastefully furnished bedrooms, like all the other spaces in the house. I really liked it, I felt very good, to come back. I recommend it.

Le proprietarie del B&B sono molto disponibili; le camere sono bellissime e la pulizia degli ambienti è impeccabile; un ulteriore punto in più è dato dal poter usufruire del bagno singolarmente senza doverlo condividere con estranei; la posizione è comoda sia rispetto alla stazione che rispetto al centro. Per un altro week-end a Modena senza dubbio soggiornerei nuovamente qui.

Il soggiorno alle "Caramelle" è stato molto appagante. Il letto era comodissimo, la stanza e tutto l'appartamento pulitissimi, mi sentivo come a casa mia. Sebbene la proprietaria avesse avuto un problema, sua madre è stata disponibilissima e gentilissima e abbiamo fatto una piacevole chiacchierata. Un unico appunto: il burro per la colazione non era freschissimo.

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo alloggiato qui per 3 notti e siamo stati benissimo. La struttura è dotata di tutto il necessario. È nuova e con un bel bagno grande. Abbiamo usufruito anche della cucina e non mancava nulla. Inoltre è in posizione centrale e ben servita. Un ringraziamento ad Elena la proprietaria con cui abbiamo fatto amicizia, davvero gentile e disponibile. A presto.

Giudizio decisamente positivo. Letti comodissimi, servizio preciso e molto puntuale e ottima la disponibilità della persona che gestisce. Unico appunto: la colazione dovrebbe essere forse un po' più abbondante. Nel complesso tutto molto buono, anche per la comodità di spostamenti per chi si reca a Modena senza un mezzo proprio.
