We spent a great night at B&B Fontanabella. It is located in a very quiet, wooded area near Perugia. The room was very clean. We thank the owner for their warm welcome and the lovely breakfast. Hopefully we can go back there.

We had a wonderful stay.We were welcomed by a gentleman named Cesare and what can I say: simply wonderful and very kind.We immediately felt at home.My children,one aged 4 and one aged 2,did not want to leave.The breakfast was plentiful.The room was spotless.Truly wonderful people.I recommend it to everyone.

The check-in is accompanied by the enthusiasm of Mr. Cesare and Mrs. Graziella. The breakfast is excellent, the rooms are clean as are the bathrooms, and if you have children, they can have fun with Mr. Cesare's dog, Gina, a very friendly Maremma shepherd.

I stayed here with my family. The rooms and bathrooms are very nice and clean. The breakfast is excellent, especially the tart that the owner made for us! Great value for money! The owner is very helpful and kind.

I stayed in this structure with my family. It is surrounded by greenery with a beautiful view. In summer it must be something wonderful and allows easy access to Perugia, Assisi, and Gubbio. The owners are very kind and courteous. Mr. Cesare, a delightful person, gave us many tips. The breakfast is abundant, and the homemade cakes are simply delicious. Highly recommended.

We arrived in the enchanted forest. This was the first comment from Arianna, one of our daughters. The structure is immersed in greenery and silence, but strategically it is well positioned. Indeed, we managed to reach without problems all the destinations we had set for ourselves. The room is spacious, as is the bathroom. Perfect cleanliness. We were welcomed as if we had known each other forever. We were pampered and also spoiled. The chocolates were a real surprise. Mr. Cesare and Mrs. Graziella, we already miss the filled cookies. Spectacular people and what can we say about Gina, to whom we left a piece of our heart. We can only say we are satisfied.

I stayed for 2 weeks during the Umbria Jazz festival and I was very satisfied. It is very convenient (5 minutes by car) to reach the Minimetro which allows you to reach the center of Perugia. Impeccable management from every point of view and charming location, a true oasis in the middle of a forest in the Park area.

Mr. Cesare, his wife, and the dog Gina welcomed us wonderfully into their little corner of paradise. Surrounded by tranquility yet close to Pala Bartol and convenient for reaching other destinations. No problem even though we arrived late in the evening. Excellent homemade pie. We already want to go back.

We were guests at B&B Fontanabella on 09/08/23. The owners, with extreme kindness and courtesy, indicated a fantastic place for us to dine, accompanied us to see Perugia from above, and on the day of departure, escorted us to the parking lot where the escalators to visit the city were located. The structure is very beautiful, elegantly furnished, complete with everything, as is the bathroom. The cleanliness of the structure (room, bathroom, corridors) is top-notch. Abundant breakfast full of every delicacy. When I return to Umbria, it will definitely be my point of reference.

It's like being at home. Located in a strategic place for various movements and the proximity to the Città della Domenica park, relaxing, top cleanliness. The breakfast maybe something more like croissants or other cakes but Mrs. Graziella's tart we will keep it in our hearts. Mr. Cesare is a kind, caring, welcoming person. We were only sorry to have stayed for one night because this B&B deserves to be experienced, and especially because of the hosts. Thank you Mr. Cesare and Mrs. Graziella, we will be happy to be your guests again soon.

Perfect B&B to visit the Città della Domenica, but also to visit Perugia. Surrounded by greenery, quiet. Ideal for families but also for groups of friends. The guests were very welcoming and helpful. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and fully equipped. The B&B Fontanabella is a bit out of the way from the center but, on the other hand, it is in a very quiet area surrounded by greenery. A real treat was the Perugina kiss found on the towels and the bottle of cold water offered upon my arrival. If there is the opportunity, I would gladly return.

It is out of the way, surrounded by greenery. I was welcomed by two dogs and their owner and none of them bit me. Small private parking, possibility of free entry and exit, functional bathroom, old furniture (but who cares), small TV far from the bed. Weak point for me the mattress too hard and technologically outdated; strong points the manager and the surrounding greenery.

La ringrazio per la sua recezione, le critiche servono sempre purchè costruttive. A parte la battuta poco felice sul fatto che il proprietario non morde. La nostra posizione, il nostro giardino dove è possibile parcheggiare fino a 7 vetture sono ben chiari nel nostro sito comprensivo di foto, come è ben visibile anche l'arredamento che abbiamo. Quindi se non era di suo gradimento era libero di scegliere diversamente. Per quanto riguarda il materasso, mi dispiace che non abbia riposato bene, ma è un comune materasso acquistato due mesi fa che certamente non pretende di avere proprietà ortopediche adatte a particolari esigenze fisiche. Cordiali saluti.
