Located in a great location, very clean, friendly and helpful manager. Breakfast is self-service with packaged organic products, always available. The beaches are a 5-minute walk away, very close to the pedestrian street where you can find bars, restaurants, and shops.

The owner has a very special talent: she knows how to welcome with great kindness, open-hearted. Her always attentive presence to details made the stay very pleasant. What struck me the most is the meticulousness in the cleaning (midweek), especially regarding the bed: not all managers wash the pillows! Super breakfasts. Nothing was missing in the apartment.

The apartment is very nice and has everything you need. We were lucky to have the one with direct access to the garden, an important space to relax and play with the children. The sea is reachable on foot in 7 minutes and very close by there are groceries, delis, pizzerias. The geographical location is important as it allows you to reach wonderful places in a very short time (marble quarries, Pontremoli, Lucca etc.). Mrs. Modestina is very kind and if you have the opportunity, it's very nice to chat with her.

Already from the first contacts for the reservation, I was very impressed by the courtesy of the owner, Mrs. Modestina. Arriving before the scheduled check-in time, we immediately took possession of the apartment which was already ready and very clean. It is a beautiful apartment complete with everything you need. Plenty of fruit and supplies for a mega breakfast at our complete disposal. The location is exceptional because it is central and the beach is a 5-minute walk away. Everything truly perfect.

Nice place, Ms. Modestina very welcoming and super precise. I saw 2 apartments: the first, slightly larger, rustic style; the second, with a small terrace overlooking the back garden, a bit more modern. Some improvements can definitely be made, but overall we had a good time. It's in a central but not chaotic area and 10 minutes walk from the sea.\n\nIn the room, a rich and organic breakfast, with fresh fruit where possible from the owners' garden. Blender, washing machine, coffee machine, and everything well distributed and organized. To be considered for future vacations!

My girlfriend and I had a great time, excellent location, quiet and very clean place. The breakfast with the presence of fresh fruit and most of all, having the kitchen available, we weren't tied to schedules like in other places. Overall good rating, the best in summer considering the location just steps from the sea. We will come back.

I have used Eco B&B I Due Oleandri several times. The location is central, very convenient for everything. The villa is pleasant and quiet. The owner, Modesta Pucci, is pleasant, very polite, and helpful. What more could you want?

The antiquity of the structure is fully compensated by the cleanliness of the furnishings and the friendliness and kindness of Mrs. Modestina. Excellent and varied breakfast, rich in fantastic "organic" products. Nice idea of bike rental, very convenient also for families as some bikes are equipped with child seats. Central location, a stone's throw from the beach! We already know where to go next time we pass through Marina di Carrara.
