Description
The b&b is located at the second floor of an XIX century building near the main Railway Station Termini and near the Tome University “La Sapienza”.
Its location is ideal for tourists who want to spend a few days in the most famous historical-cultural city of the world, or for people who’s just passing through. It’s possible to reach, just by walking, some of the best sites of the city, such as the “S. Maria Maggiore Church”, the Colosseum, the “Terme di Diocleziano”, the “Porta Pia Museum”, and the wonderful “Villa Borghese”.
The proximity to the railway station and to the underground main station allow the visitors to reach easily the City Centre, the Fiumicino Airport (FCO), the Ciampino Airport (CIA) and every else site of Rome. The hotel conducted with traditional familiar formula and with warm hospitality offers rooms provided with Private Bathroom, hairdryer, safe, TV lcd, wifi, telephone, air conditioning.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 3 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

From the Airport Fiumicino:
Coming out of the Arrivals Terminal, please follow the signs towards the F. S. Station (National Railways). There you can take a train to the Termini station, the main railway station of Rome, which leaves every 20 minutes. Tickets can be obtained in the tobacco shops and in the news-stand on the platform.
From the Ciampino Airport:
In the square in front of the airport you will find a bus shuttle service which will take you to the Termini station
