Perfect for our stay - 2 friends enjoying a room each next door to each other, very clean and comfortable. In a perfect location to walk to local restaurants etc. and back safely. Made use of the facilities fridge and coffee machine with table and chairs to have breakfast and plan our days. Host was friendly and lived above so on hand to provide assistance if needed. Absolutely fantastic! Save yourself some trouble and just book the place if you are staying in Como. Close to the station, the property is clean, tidy with very kind hosts. The rooms are newly renovated, huge compared to European standards and has a kitchenette if you prefer making your own meals. Hands down - the highlight stay of my Euro trip!

A wonderful place to stay for 2 nights. The host Antonio was really nice. The location was perfect, very close to Como Lago station but I barely heard a noise. Tucked away just behind the Palace hotel. This was a great location, so close to everything, 2 minutes walk from the Como ferry terminal and literally 1 minute to the Cathedral. I chose to stay in the 'modern' room which had a fridge, sink, small table and chairs, ideal for making breakfast and a coffee. I would most definitely stay here again, it was very reasonably priced compared to many other places. Highly recommended.

Lovely Stay at La Darsena. We stayed for 2 nights to visit Como and the surroundings, we loved everything at La Darsena. Josef and his brother are magnificent hosts, they helped us with all our questions. The rooms are so beautiful and clean, gorgeous. We will stay here again when we come back. Near all the beautiful places in Como, near the train station and the funicular to Brunate. 5 stars. Easy to find, just behind Palace Hotel.

All in all a really nice accommodation. The front wall creates a nice atmosphere inside. Great central location. Although it's called bed&breakfast, unfortunately we were not offered any breakfast, nor vouchers as described by others here. The recommended café was closed on Monday mornings. For the tight garage, where the car is well taken care of, you have to pay an extra 10€. Price-quality ratio overall okay, but a bit high. Bathroom and room were cleaned perfectly, only the floor could have been a bit cleaner... We missed a bit of warmth and attention to detail. The landlord was very friendly but not very talkative, giving the impression that it's mainly about money here. However, highly recommended for one or two nights.

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und das Zimmer mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und dekoriert. Für unseren Geschmack eine coole Design -Unterkunft und eine super zentrale coole Lage, ca. 150 m zum zentralen Platz und zum See. Unser Zimmer war groß genug, das Bett / Matratzen recht gut. Das Bad war mit einer sehr großen Dusche / Regendusche ausgestattet und sonst allem was man braucht. Das Wifi funktioniert gut. Ein bezauberndes Haus, hübsch eingerichtet und ein herzlicher Gastgeber. Antonio (der Bruder) begrüßte uns herzlich und zeigte uns alles, wir fühlten uns gleich wohl. Antonio gab uns Tipps für Restaurants, Pizzeria‘s in der Umgebung. Dann zum Frühstück: Im B&B wird kein Frühstück angeboten aber..man erhält für jeden Morgen einen Frühstücks-Gutschein in einem ganz guten Cafe. Der Weg ist nicht weit. Ca. 100-150 m bis zum zentralen Platz. Das störte uns gar nicht. Es gab 4 Frühstücks-Angebote zur Wahl, jeweils mit einem Kaffee und einem Saft. Für einen „gerne Frühstücker“ eher zu wenig aber immerhin da in Italien das Frühstück nicht so zelebriert wird. Leider kostet in diesem Cafe ein Kaffee 4, -€ wenn man einen 2. o. 3. trinken / genießen möchte. Aber naja..man kann sich ja für einen weiteren ein anderes kleines Café suchen. Diese gibt es! Die Kommunikation funktionierte ganz gut da Antonio recht gut Englisch spricht. Wir kommen wieder!

The structure is well-kept and modern, the cleanliness is impeccable, equipped with a spacious shower and a very comfortable bed. The only downside is the wifi connection, especially in the ground floor room where we stayed. Regarding the connection via Wind and Tim sim cards, it is problematic. The signal of their wifi, always in the ground floor room where we stayed, is not optimal. However, if you only need it to check emails or some web pages and you don't need a fast and responsive connection, it can be fine. The B&B is located in the city center, in a very quiet and peaceful area. The room is on the ground floor. The furnishings are essential but complete, with a mini-fridge, a small kitchen, extra blankets, and pillows. The bathroom is spacious. There are four parking spaces for handicapped people 50 meters away. Very positive experience.

Great location, very central and close to the lake. I suggest including a basic breakfast in the price (just installing a coffee machine with 2 pods available, there is a kettle). I also recommend taking care to make the most of the outdoor area at the back.

Le foto dicono già tutto, dal vivo la stanza è spettacolare, oltretutto non ha alcuna necessità di aria condizionata, in quanto la roccia con cui è costruita la casa rende la stanza freschissima. Il proprietario di una cortesia e gentilezza unica. Abbiamo usufruito del parcheggio a pagamento, e ci a fatto mettere l'auto nel proprio garage chiuso lasciandoci la possibilità di lasciarla anche tutta la giornata di lunedi mentre eravamo in giro. Indimenticabile! Siamo due ragazzi, cercavamo una camera vicina al centro ad un prezzo accessibile. I nostri desideri sono stati ampliamenti realizzati! Casa d'Epoca in Centro, finemente ristrutturata, arredamento di Designe con possibilità di Garage interno. Vicinissima a lago, negozi, ristoranti e mezzi di trasporto. Accoglienza, Cortesia e massima Disponibilità da parte dei proprietari Pino e Antonio. Ogni volta che sono a Como vi soggiorno per alcuni giorni e questa volta ho inaugurato un'altra Suite semplicemente Favolosa, da mozzafiato. Ottima la Colazione servita a due minuti a piedi in uno dei Bar storici (Bar Touring) di Piazza Cavour con un Panorama Spettacolare Vista Lago e Monti servita da Battelli e Aliscafo, da poter visitare le più belle località del lago Cernobbio e Bellagio per citarne qualcuna. A cinque minuti dalla Funicolare per Brunate vista panoramica e Faro Voltiano a San Maurizio. Consiglio a tutti per qualità prezzo e servizi. Grazie di Tutto, alla prossima.

Struttura in posizione centrale, in zona molta tranquilla situata a 2 passi dal lungo lago ed a due passi dal centro. Il gestore della struttura cordiale e disponibile, appartamento ristrutturato a nuovo, ampia camera da letto e grande anche il bagno. Anche la colazione meritava. Ci ritornerò volentieri, peccato non averla conosciuta prima.

Avevo deciso di isolarmi dal mondo per un paio di giorni, e devo dire che il lago di Como è stata senz'altro la scelta più giusta che potessi fare. La struttura si trova in pieno centro e hai tutto a portata di mano. Il gestore a suo modo mi ha fatto compagnia ed è una persona carinissima. Inoltre avevo bisogno di una singola ma poiché non disponibile mi ha concesso la doppia allo stesso prezzo. La struttura è bella, pulita e silenziosa. La consiglio a chiunque. Se dovessi tornare qui, tornerei sempre nello stesso posto.

La posizione è eccellente, ad un passo da Piazza Cavour, la piazza principale di Como. La struttura è bella, silenziosa ed accogliente e il tutto è reso ancora più bello dalla scalinata in pietra che le conferisce una atmosfera antica e intima. Il B&B è spaziosissimo, luminoso, curato nei dettagli, con un salottino accogliente, un soppalco che abbellisce sebbene non sia ancora in uso, una stanza da letto confortevole. Il bagno moderno, appena ristrutturato con la doccia comodissima e una splendida luce favorisce una sensazione di relax, come stare a casa. Il gestore Giuseppe, disponibile, gentile e attento al benessere degli avventori. Le lenzuola e gli asciugamani vengono cambiati ogni due giorni, straordinario! E infine ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Promosso a pieni voti!

Buona struttura, camera grande ed indipendente con soggiorno, soppalco, bagno e camera matrimoniale, Tv in salotto, e sempre dalla sala vista lago, si è totalmente indipendenti ed la colazione si fa al bar, cappuccio brioches e succo di frutta, il tutto a soli 100 mt dalla struttura e di fianco al Duomo. La posizione è ottima, in centro, 100 mt dall'isola pedonale e dal lungolago e dalla stazione ferroviaria delle nord ed è in un angolo molto tranquillo, non si sente nessun rumore né proveniente dalla struttura né da fuori dalle strade e dalla stazione ferroviaria, un angolo di pace! Palazzo d'epoca ristrutturato mantenendo lo stile originale, con inserti in sasso e scala in pietra. Il gestore cortese e disponibile e vi dà le chiavi oltre che della stanza, anche del cancelletto che della porta d ingresso allo stabile. Un posto da tornarci molto volentieri. Grazie!
